Right downtown Dartmouth, directly on the edge of several parks (including off leash dog park) and seconds from the Halifax Harbour, minutes walk to the DT Halifax ferry, minutes drive from the Halifax bridge. Next to a major bus terminal, and a short walk to many shops/cafes/pubs/restaurants. Comfortable furniture and nice cotton sheets. Prime TV and other Roku channels on the TV. Very old building decently maintained.

This is a super clean and air-conditioned residence! A very convenient location; a 10-second walk from the bus stop, a two-minute walk from a grocery store, cafés, brewery, laundromat, hair salon, and restaurants.
