Apartment holiday rentals in Datong District

We had a great stay at Jolie's place. It has a great location just steps away from shopping, restaurants and the train. The building is older so no elevator. The worst part for long terms stays is disposing trash. You have to bring your trash to the front of the 7-11 and wait for the trucks to arrive. Aside from that, the apartment is updated and comfortable. The cost is reasonable and the host is gracious. We would love to stay again.

I was so comfortable during my 3 days in Taiwan, and it was convenient to go to Taipei Station on foot. The host was quick to reply, and there were many breakfast restaurants around!! The bed was not like a hotel, but a cozy feeling, so I was able to sleep well for 3 days!! And there was a Ningxia night market nearby, so I was able to enjoy it comfortably and had a really fun time~ If you are going to travel to Taiwan, I really recommend it.

The location is amazing, very convenient , lots to do and great food is just a few steps away. the building is old but the inside is clean and the amenities are very good, every single detail is well taken care of. We had a great stay.

It was conveniently close to the center of Nakayama. It was difficult to get up and down every day because there was no elevator, but it was good even after deducting that.

Rebecca is incredibly helpful. The place is very clean and conveniently located. There are some convenience stores and a spa nearby. I would love to stay here again the next time I come to Taipei.

lily was so helpful, we requested early check in and late check out and she tried to accommodate to both. she provided things that other airbnb doesnt have like cotton buds, cotton pad, extra pillows which make the stay more than comfortable! place was also so close to the airport mrt express and to beimen MRT station. i truly recommend the place for those visiting taipei, usually you get what you paid for but in this case you get more than what you paid for! price was super affordable

It was like a newly remodeled building. It was clean and the location was close to the station and bus stop, so it was convenient.

It was very close to the big station called Taipei, and the inside was beautiful and the towels were fluffy and very easy to use!

Mag is really quick and clear in her communication. Check in was smooth, and the apartment easy to find. She also provided detailed help for us translating the washing machine and aircon controls. The apartment is spacious and functional. The neighbourhood is close to both Ximen and Dihua Old Street. There is aircon in every room and the windows also open up (with mosquito nets). Though there isn’t a long range view, the lounge and two bedrooms look out over the street (which is also quite quiet). The window of the other bedroom (with ensuite) opens out to an enclosed veranda which is set up as a washing-drying area. I recommend Mag’s place, and also think Taipei is a great place to visit! The people are very kind. It’s safe and has a unique culture. Thanks for hosting us!

Beautiful space, the host was responsive and helpful when we had issues with our luggage. Great location near the station with lots of cute shops and restaurants. Only thing is the address on the map is not the exact address so double check the instructions they provide so you don’t get lost!

5 stars all across! The apartment is cozy, extremely well-located (one of the best area in Taipei in my opinion) and perfect for remote work. The TV is brand new, the speakers are awesome (can use bluetooth) and the standing work desk is a dream (adjustable electric work desk). All very nice touches and very rare in Taipei. Jack was very welcoming and responsive. I didn't have any issues but when I had questions, he was always available and checked-in during my stay to make sure everything was going well. There is 24/7 security in the building and the staff is warm and welcoming. All ACs work really well. The bedrooms are on the second floo, comfy, one of them being perfect if you need to sleep-in (pitch black, almost no outdoor light comes in). The washing machine also has a drying function which is... Fairly rare and incredibly useful. Kitchen is basic but that's common in Taipei, eating out is the go-to :) So far, the best place I've stayed in Taipei.

Great spot, as described, responsive, appreciated additional service offerings like airport transportation. Is priced a bit above what seems average for spots like this, but thus was largely explained by the great value recieved overall!

強尼’s place is well equipped and clean. Check in was easy because of clear instructions with photos and videos. There is a few steps of stairs but didn’t bother us at all. A bonus point for having washing machine and dryer with everything you need. Plenty of space to sleep with sofa beds. Thanks for the great host!

Great stay in Taiwan - in a very central location, only 10min walking to Taipei Main Station which is great for getting around anywhere in Taiwan. There are lots of restaurants and bars in the area as well! Ningxia night market is a quick 10min walk away as well, and most other main areas of Taipei (including Ximending) are only 20-30min walking. The apartment itself was clean and had all the basics you could need for a good stay. The walk up to the 4th floor was difficult but we were well informed and prepared beforehand so this was not an issue. They also arranged a car to go to the airport on the last day for a reasonable fee. Would definitely recommend this stay to others visiting Taipei!

This is one of the best decision we ever made staying at Yang’s place. Location is super strategic as it is near the train station and has many breakfast and eateries walking distance. Amenities wise they have a washing machine and a dryer so it is super convenient. I also have 2 small kids with me, Yang provided baby bath tub, baby cot and toddler utensils which super useful. Bed is also very comfortable. Towels are provided. Only one thing is that the neighbor was renovation during our stay, so when the kids nap at day time there could be noise, but then the kids were so tired we slept through haha. I’ll definitely stay this place again when I’m in Taipei next time!

The location is excellent—just a one-minute walk from the MRT station, with restaurants and department stores nearby. The space is spacious, perfect for hosting friends and family. Toto was very friendly and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed. We really enjoyed our stay

We had a great 5 night stay at Andrew's apartment. The apartment itself is very stylish and nicely renovated. It is very large in size and we really enjoyed having so much natural light from the big open windows. The jacuzzi tub was also a highlight. If you're coming to Taipei for the first time, this neighborhood isn't very convenient though. There are no metro stops anywhere near the apartment and most of the major places to visit in Taipei are far away. Obviously this is not at any fault to Andrew. Also, compared to other Airbnb's we've stayed in that feel more like an apartment rental, this one is more like renting a few nights in a friends place where their stuff is everywhere and it isn't as setup for guests comfort in the way other Airbnbs are. But we really loved our time here and still highly recommend a stay if you have the chance.

It looks just like the pictures. It’s a great place to say for one person or a couple. The view from the room is beautiful. The shower and especially the hot tub were wonderful. It’s a good place to relax for a few days and easy to get to Tamsui Old street from the room.

We had a wonderful stay, and really appreciated the location. Lots of good food and convenience stores downstairs, and 6 mins walk to the heart of Ximending. Will recommend!

Cindy’s place was wonderful. It was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with everything I needed for my stay. It looked exactly like the photos as well, which was much appreciated. It had plenty of closet space and a nice bathroom and living area. Plenty to do and eat in the surrounding area as well. Cindy was a fantastic host. She greeted me upon checkin and made me feel right at home. She was super responsive and helpful when I needed some assistance with the washer / dryer, which was new. She also helped me with some local recommendations. Would love to stay again!

Had a good stay here - a family of five with two kids. Everything was as described and it was a comfortable stay near lots of amenities and restaurants. Super convenient location next to the trains and buses
