Holiday rentals with a patio in Davao del Norte

A great place to stay while in Davao city. The interior is very aesthetic, rooms are cozy, beds are comfy and the kitchen was cool like, everything you need was there for cooking and for other stuff. Bathroom was great, shower has hot/cold option. Other things I like about the unit was the tv, fast wifi, a very friendly and accommodating host, and cozy living area. Though I could say that a maximum of 6 guests are recommended in this property because I think 7 or more is already a crowd. Overall, it was an amazing place.

Friendly and accommodating host. Place generally clean. Few issues like there's no soap and shampoo but this is very minor. I think I will have no issue staying at this place again.

Loved our stay here. Clean, cozy, and sulit for a group. Location was a win—walking distance to SM Ecoland, but still quiet and secure. The place felt like home. Would def book again.

It was a great place to stay. All the things we need are provided except for the tissue which is one of the most important things for me when going in a condo or hotel. But overall, I like the place. I felt comfortable.

I originally booked a different unit, but due to a technical issue, I was transferred to another one in the same building — and honestly, I couldn’t be happier with how it turned out. The unit met all my basic needs: it’s safe, clean, and very comfortable. The bed is cozy, and the place has pretty much everything you might need for a short or even extended stay. Just a heads-up for future guests: bring your own toothbrush and toothpaste. They weren’t provided during my stay. Not a big deal for me since I always pack mine, but it might be something to note. Linens, pillows (a bit flat) and comforter were all clean and smelled fresh. There’s a vacuum, broom, iron, and ironing board as well. Also, plenty of extra mattresses and toilet paper. The host was very responsive and proactive, and the check-in/check-out process was super smooth. Water pressure in the shower was great too. Overall, a solid stay and I'd definitely book again.

It's a new and clean dormitel not a house. although outside downtown area, but convenient if you plan to go out of the city. Communication was a breeze and Ms. Evelyn was easy to talk to. Good for big family. Highly recommended.

Vivian's place is pretty and comfortable house to stay in. She and Arnel the caretaker is very responsive and kind. The place is in safe and secure location, close to the airport, wet market and mall. Fully air-conditioned rooms, free wifi and netflix tv. You can cook too and microwave is handy as well. My family had a great time in their accommodation, except when it was raining there is a sewage smell which is also the community's problem. Thank you Viv and Arnel, we'll see you next time😊

This was my first time booking on Airbnb, and I couldn’t be happier with my choice. Clarity Chaire’s space was simply wonderful. The accommodation was exactly as described, and everything was spotless and well-organized. Me and my friends were thoroughly impressed with the comfort and amenities provided. The location was perfect, making it easy to explore the area. Clarity was an excellent host, responsive and attentive to our needs. Highly recommend this place to anyone. You won’t be disappointed!

Ate Bing’s place was our home for two weeks and it felt like it was our own. Ate Bing was very helpful with our queries and very responsive when we requested something for the house (very accommodating). The very vibrant personality made us feel very welcome. The house was surprisingly very big and clean that we are in awwe when we arrived. The place is good for family gatherings which is why we chose the place. The Pool area was well maintained and clean.. picture worthy especially during the night.☺️ will definitely book again for our next vacay! Thank you Ate Bing!

It's now my 3rd time booking Mil's place and he never failed. He is very responsive and he even talked to the tricycle driver to cleqrly give instructions when we couldn't. He's very hospitable in receiving us and have been very helpful.

We loved One Oasis complex but particularly the specific location of this unit. We will be back...but it really HAS to be Raquel's place every time.
