I had a wonderful experience staying here! The place was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed. The location was great, and the check-in process was smooth and simple. They were incredibly kind and responsive, making sure I felt welcome and had everything I needed throughout my stay. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Myself and two friends were attending a conference at Kentucky Wesleyan College and this house was a great location. We walked back and forth with ease. The house is very roomy with a great back porch and yard. We would definitely stay there again!

Great place to stay while we caught up with family

This was my fourth visit to Granny Smiths. The price is right in comparison to Owensboro hotels. We were in town for Porch Fest, specifically to listen to the Lowland Ramblers on Stage G, but we heard other amazing local musicians as well. I highly recommend Porch Fest and Granny Smith's Airbnb when visiting Owensboro. I always feel right at home!

We absolutely LOVED this home!! It was very clean, spacious enough for six people and it was in a great location. We all often struggle to feel at home but instantly it felt like home to us. If we are ever needing a place in this area again, we will 100% be hoping this home is available again. The host was also very responsive and seemed super sweet!

Our family enjoyed our stay at The City House. Plenty of space, very comfortable, and great location. We would definitely stay there again in the future.

Marla was an incredible host! The house was very clean inside and out and the backyard was large and maintained well. You could tell without question that the place was impeccably clean and cared for. My whole family and I have major allergy issues and I'm always worried when coming to a house. I felt 100% comfortable that the bedding was freshly laundered as well as the towels. Even the pillows and mattress had allergy/dustmite covers. For people with allergies, not having clean bedding can literally ruin your trip. So I was thrilled! This was the first Air BNB that had gone that far above the standard. We were in town for my family reunion. We all felt very safe and the neighborhood was quiet. It's an easy drive into town. The water was nice and hot and all appliances worked well. Check out was a breeze and she checked on us a lot and responded within minutes for anything (although really nothing was needed!). My daughter forgot her airpod so she mailed it the next day. Thank you!!

Great space. Fit everyone comfortably. Carlisle and Angie were quick to respond to messages. The location was easy to find and easy to access. Very clean!

The loft was so nice, everything was clean, and there was everything you needed for an extended stay. If something was broken she was on it to fix it! I loved my stay.

I LOVED where we stayed. I was in the far back bedroom near the bathroom. The bed was so comfortable, and slept like a rock! My friends also said they slept well and we all spent a little bit of time hanging out in the living room. The seating was comfortable and the home was immaculate. We will definitely be back if we’re at GroomX next year! Thank you Katie!

All I needed was a peaceful place to lay my head for the night. This place was just what I needed. I had all the space I required, I was comfortable, and the hosts got back to me anytime I had a question. Easier and more private than a hotel room. I would stay here again gladly.

She thought of everything at this cute spot. The bed and pillows were comfy. My fave Mexican restaurant across the street. Cute string lights outside at night. Lots of space to relax. For being on a busy street, it’s so quiet inside with all the air purifiers and fans. Never heard any of the neighbors. Very impressed and great spot to relax.

It was a great spot, and the front yard was perfect for letting the dog get some fresh air. It had everything I needed for my stay.

Our second time staying at Jared's. Absolutely beautiful place. The covered deck overlooking the river is absolute perfection. Highly recommend.
