A country escape for nature lovers. Very spacious with large lounge dining room leading out to front deck with spectacular views along with 2nd sitting room with a BBQ deck. This stylish place to stay is perfect for families or groups. 4 bedrooms 1 x king 1 x queen / office desk 1 x queen 1 x triple bunk (double on bottom, single on top - top kids only - 100kg max) Master with newly renovated ensuite. Pool and bbq Please note the pool is not heated. It has solar heating but with Ballarat’s colder overnight temperatures don’t expect it to be toastie warm outside of summer.

You’ll love staying there because of the comfy beds, central heating, choice of living areas to hang out in, free wifi, compact kitchen, retro bathroom, and spacious back deck.
