Tent holiday rentals in De Fryske Marren

We had a wonderful long weekend in the safari tent - even the rain could not spoil the great experience. The tent was exactly as described: cozy, clean and perfectly equipped. It was an exciting little adventure, especially for the children, which they will not forget so quickly. We really liked the quiet location and the seclusion - just the thing to switch off and enjoy nature. Johannes was a great host: very helpful, friendly and always quick to respond when we had a question. Thank you for this special break - we will be happy to come back!

great quiet spot in rural Netherlands. we only had a short stay, but would love to come back. the tent was perfect and we enjoyed sitting on the deck watching the light rain.

Had a very nice stay (2 adults and 2 small children). The safari tent was full of comforts and was in a nice place. The children had plenty of space and could play in the playground. An air cushion was even blown up that she hadn't rented out at the time. The kids thought it was fantastic. Cindy was very nice, the reception hospitable and she went out of her way in a relaxed way to make our stay even more enjoyable by, for example, giving a tip about the 1st pasture of the year of the cows at a farmer's nearby. Super fun to make once in a lifetime! The campsite was really super neat, with very clean, modern and neat sanitary facilities. Although small, the campsite has everything you need. A very nice place with a nice vibe. We'd love to come back!

Nice spot to have relaxing time in the nature. You can enjoy the lake and also Frisia landscapes with animals!

We stayed in the tipi tent for a weekend - it was really so beautiful! The surroundings are beautiful and the campground is in a great location. Right on the water - you can swim there and/or rent a boat and explore the surroundings. We also imagine it great for families - there is a lovely playground :) very idyllic and we will certainly be back :) By the way, pizzanight is on the square on Fridays - pizzas are baked in the oven - super delicious! The tipi itself was also great - the beds were very comfortable and in size it was very spacious. There are great restaurants in the area:)

Our whole family enjoyed the stay at Dennis place. We had campfire s’mores while stargazing. Big plus was the access to swimming pool. The highlight of our summer!

We spent 6 days in this nice little accommodation on the campsite. Despite the not so good weather, it was possible to stay in the tent. Everything was available in the tent, the campsite was clean. Communication with Elle Jurjen went smoothly. A beautiful environment there. Highly recommended.

The tent was bigger than expected and very comfortable! We had a great stay with a beautiful view of ponies and cows. The sanitary facilities were also very clean and well equipped. All round, a great experience!

Had very nice days with Floor and her family. Belltent was exactly as pictured. Beautiful mini campsite, where the toilets/bathrooms and all shared stays are sparkling clean and tidy. Plenty of outdoor activities for our daughter such as go-karts, bikes, playground equipment and trampoline! Camping is located in a nice and quiet area, but shops/activities are easily accessible (at least by car).

The airbnb is very cozy and nice! The campsite is perfect for family and kids, it has a nice swimming pool and a lovely playground! Our host was very nice and accommodating!

Very nice safari tent with everything provided, great beds on a nice campsite. We had a really nice stay for a good price The setting is beautiful, it is especially a nice (camping)place for children. We walked the barefoot path as well and that was also very nice! Had a great time. Thank you!

The downside is that there was no one at the reception when we arrived. But a nice lady let us in!

I spent a simply exceptional weekend in Laura's tent. The place is perfect for a romantic getaway: cozy, cute and very well thought out. Everything is tastefully decorated, the atmosphere is peaceful and the natural setting makes the experience even more magical. I would highly recommend to those looking for a moment of disconnection for two. Thanks again Laura for the warm welcome!

Alles tip top in orde. Nice and well-equipped safari tent. Small-scale park with excellent amenities. Village incl. supermarkets within a few minutes by car. Had a very nice stay with small children. Friendly and helpful staff.

We very much enjoyed our stay in this luxury camping tent. We stayed here early in the season and were very lucky with the weather. For the still cold nights, we could use thick duvets and a pallet stove. The tent was further equipped with all the comforts. Our children enjoyed themselves on the cozy family campsite. They enjoyed the playground in front of the tent, but also the mini swimming water and larger playground at the entrance of the campsite. The contact with Tineke went smoothly and friendly.

The accommodation was super nice, the tent was super nicely furnished and the heated beds were great and super pleasant. The campsite was generally very nice, everything was super clean and well set up. The surroundings were totally beautiful. So much nature and so many animals in the meadows, you can totally relax. And all the water passages around it are also totally beautiful. I would definitely come again
