The truth is, the first impression was with Igal, it was wonderful, he supported me with the logistics and coordination of the key very quickly, he also allowed flexibility in the entry (I imagine that it is not always available, it will depend on the previous availability). Then the apartment and building, I didn't expect it to be so beautiful, it has a large supermarket around the corner, and a couple of places to eat nearby as well as shopping. They left lounge chairs that were used with pleasure to see the beautiful sunsets of Montevideo. We would definitely rent this apartment again.

Beautiful apartment in an unbeatable location. Close to restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacies, etc. Very clean and comfortable with everything that you need. Silvana answered my concerns quickly and very kindly. I recommend this place and I would stay there again for sure.

Favio is a communicative and friendly person, and is flexible with schedules. The apartment was very clean and is very well equipped, there is everything! And laundry was also included, which was very good. The building is easily accessible, quiet environment. There is a lot of shopping nearby and the supermarket across the street (we left the car in the supermarket parking lot 🤫 and everything was fine). The only thing to consider is that next door and in front, they are starting construction of buildings, work that starts around 7 am, so if you are very sensitive to noise it could bother you. We used earplugs and got used to it, it wasn't a big problem. We recommend 👌

Silvana was an excellent host, always attentive to any questions or concerns. The apartment is very well located near Pocitos beach. The only thing to take into account is that the two-seater bed, are two single beds attached.

Great location, quiet and safe! Next to Punta Carretas Shopping Mall. Extremely clean and cozy environment. Lourdes is a great host, she attended to us quickly and was extremely attentive. We had tea and coffee available upon arrival. We really like it and recommend it without a doubt!

The apartment is perfectly equipped for a quiet and pleasant stay. Supermarkets and restaurants nearby. Anaclara always responded to our concerns and was available. The detail at the reception for Father's Day is of great value and makes you feel welcome. He also left us a bottle of water and a bottle of juice in the fridge. There was also coffee and cookies, which is very useful when you arrive late from a trip, as was the case for us. When we return to Montevideo, we will undoubtedly stay here again.

I will start with the apartment, comfortable, very well equipped, the description and photos are such what I found . The very nice and well located building, walking access to the boulevard, shopping, bus stop of various lines, restaurant, ice cream shop, pharmacy, butcher and super no more than a 5-minute walk away. Santiago as an excellent host.

The apartment is really good! New, very clean and with everything working perfectly. The location is excellent! For those who are concerned about not having a view of the street, I can assure you that this does not hinder the stay at all and does not cause any discomfort. For those visiting Montevideo, it is an excellent option. I recommend it!

Maria was kind enough to meet us at the apartment and explain how things worked. The building itself is a bit old but the apartment is in great condition. Well lit, spacious and comfortable. Everything was clean and organized when we arrived and the apartment had everything we needed from towels, hair drier and toiletries to pots and pans for the ocasional meal at home.

Modern and cozy apartment, clean, comfortable, safe area, trip by appointment to the American embassy and it was 4 blocks away, it has a park 3 blocks away, the rambla within walking distance, you just cross the park on foot and you find the tourist bus stop to get to know Montevideo, next to the building there is a bakery, there is also a restaurant nearby. The concierge is very attentive. Mrs. Jenny is very kind and attentive, thank you very much for everything.
