Pool area is amazing 👌 nearby villages are very nice for dinner. Beach in front of the house is not very nice but a short car ride there are other nice ones. Highly recommend Xiropotamos beach

Our stay at Ersi's place was wonderful! She is an amazing host, proactive and always smiling. Upon arriving we discovered that one of the fans was broken and she came over to ask which colour we would like for the next one... She instantly went downtown and bought a new one! Always friendly, as well as all the other members of her family. The location is fantastic: at the end of a beautiful long beach. We would definitely recommend this place to everybody: just keep in mind there is no airconditioning but fans.

Piękne miejsce, wspaniały duży ogród, dwa tarasy, piękny widok na góry Olimp, spokojna okolica. Dom bardzo przytulny, ładny wygodny. Kominek nadaje niepowtarzalny klimat. Bardzo dobre miejsce na spędzanie czasu na pięknych pobliskich plażach oraz świetna baza na wędrówki po Mount Olympus National Park. George wspaniale nas przywitał, zarekomendował miejsca które warto odwiedzić. Gorąco polecam pobyt w tym bardzo ładnym i miłym miejscu o każdej porze roku. Dziękujemy i z przyjemnością powrócimy w to miejsce w przyszłości.

Hallo Maria, es war ein sehr schöner Urlaub in diesem kleinen aber feinen Haus. Es ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Lage zum Strand ist sehr gut. Die Straße in der Nähe hat zwar etwas Verkehr, aber insbesondere in der Nacht ist es sehr ruhig. Es gibt in der Gegend viel zu unternehmen. Maria ist eine sehr gute Gastgeberin. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

The surf house is beautifully located in a very green garden, a short walk from the beach. The local caretaker of the house was very helpful and gave us great advice where to go to eat dinner and what activities we could do.

Everything was perfect, I spent 10 dream days. The location is easy to find and the host Rian is extremely polite and responds immediately to any need of the tourist. The beach is alive and the surrounding restaurants are perfect. We were 5 people and a dog and it was wonderful. We have been going to Greece for over 15 years, almost every summer, but the Rian house location is by far one of the coolest. As a conclusion, I strongly recommend Rian House, you will certainly be pleasantly surprised and will come back. Thank you Rian for everything!

This place is amazing. What you get is more than what you see in the pictures - it's spacious, well-furnished, has a huge balcony that one can relax on all day long because it's shaded, and is close to the center of Epanomi and Epanomi beach (12 minutes' drive away). Our kids loved watching Netflix and playing games (chess , Monopoly) but also tried climbing the wall in one of the bedrooms. We loved the parking space below the building, the two bathrooms, the fact that the hosts replied promptly to our enquiries, and numerous amenities the apartment is provided with (freezer, dishwasher, washing machine). We could have spent a month on our vacation as this place feels like home.

Η παρουσίαση του χώρου είναι ακριβής μέχρι και την πιο μικρή λεπτομέρεια. Το διαμέρισμα ήταν καθαρό και τακτοποιημένο και ήταν πλήρως εξοπλισμένο με διάφορα καθημερινά χρησιμοποιούμενα είδη: συσκευές κουζίνας, δύο καφετιέρες, σεσουάρ για μαλλιά, σίδερο και σιδερώστρα, επιπλέον σκέπασμα, καλώδιο hdmi για την τηλεόραση, παντόφλες για τους επισκέπτες, είδη μπάνιου και πολλά άλλα. Η επικοινωνία ε τον ιδιοκτήτη ήταν εύκολη και άμεση. Ήταν φιλικός και συνεργάσιμος.

Πολύ όμορφο διαμέρισμα, καθαρό, λειτουργικό και πλήρως εξοπλισμένο. Οι ιδιοκτήτες, εξυπηρετικοί και ευγενέστατοι! Ακόμη και το πάρκινγκ ήταν αρκετά εύκολο! Απολαύσαμε τη διαμονή μας και τους ευχαριστούμε πολύ!

She has thought about every single detail to make her guests feel comfortable. She has an amazing home and we feel lucky to have chosen her place for our holidays. Nice little family affair, good location, on the beach, with a nice olive garden, sunbeds, terrace, place to have breakfast, lunch and dinner. Christos and his son are very hospitables. I definitely recommend!

Amazing place with great service ! Very stylish, clean and very close to the beach. The pool and design of the complex is charming. The check-in and check-out were straightforward and communication was fantastic. We were surprised to get a good-bye gift at the time of check out. Was nice to get it. Highly recommend this place. Ευχάριστο περιβάλλον σε μια πολύ όμορφη τοποθεσία. Το δωμάτιο υψηλής αισθητικής και πεντακάθαρο, με πολύ ωραία θέα. Το προσωπικό ευγενέστατο, φιλικό και απόλυτα εξυπηρετικό.

Eleni is an amazing person to meet! She went out of the way to please and make sure we know and have everything we need during our stay. We had a dream stay at her place! The sunrise is amazing from the large balcony! The local bakery and restaurants are only 3 minutes walking distance! If you want to watch the sunset, it’s about 20 minutes drive from the apartment. The port is 20 minutes driving distance. If you are curios what are pilgrims coming to Thasos for, take the time to visit Holy Archangel’s monastery, such of spiritual retreat that can change your life perspective! We even had a chance to go to Giola and jump few times! You can google Giola and check it out. There is an amazing Bougatsa bakery 3 minutes walk from the apartment. I am definitely considering to go back sometime in September 2025. Highly recommend this dream place!

Wir hatten eine richtig tolle Woche in dieser Unterkunft. Von dort aus kann man zu einem der besten Strände zu Fuß gehen und alle anderen sind mit dem Auto schnell zu erreichen. Die Unterkunft hat eine sehr freundliche und ruhige Atmosphäre und Alexander und seine Familie waren super hilfsbereit und gastfreundlich! Wir kommen gerne wieder :) liebe Grüße

Alles war super! Das Haus und der Garten sind wunderschön. Alles voller Zitronenbäume und anderer schöner Pflanzen. Man findet viele schattige Plätze, das Frühstück draußen bei netter Musik bereitet einen guten Start in den Tag. Es gibt täglich frischen selbstgebackenen Kuchen und verschiedene Marmeladen aus Früchten des eigenen Gartens. Abends ist es hier schön beleuchtet und das Haus an sich ist einfach ein Blickfang. Wie wir erfahren haben, ist es mit dem Restaurant (Paradisos) das älteste Haus dort. Es hat im Vergleich zu vielen anderen langweiligen kahlen Bauten einfach Charakter! Das Zimmer im Erdgeschoss ist sauber, schlicht und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Das Bett war zwar etwas quietschig, aber dennoch vollkommen gemütlich. Die Familie, die die Unterkunft betreibt, ist sehr freundlich, nie aufdringlich und immer hilfsbereit. Der dazugebuchte Segeltrip war großartig und ist jeden Cent wert! Die Sonnenuntergänge am 1min entfernten Strand sind dermaßen schön...Wahnsinn.

Sürekli seyahat ediyorum hem ailemle hem eşimle ama şimdiye kadar kaldığım en temiz ve en güzel kahvaltısı olan bir apart oteldi.Gerçekten sizin rahatınız ve güzel bir tatil geçirmeniz için uğraşan çalışanlar vardı.Etrafında güzel tavernalar ve restoranlar mevcut.Gözünüz kapalı gitmelisiniz☺️
