Holiday rentals with lake access in Decentralized Administration of the Aegean

The vacation home is very functionally furnished and nothing is missing, except maybe a large bowl and a large coffee cup ;-) The mattresses of the bed were pleasantly firm and we slept wonderfully. Throughout the house there are fly screens, so you can leave the windows open at night and no mosquitoes and insects come in. The location of the house is approx. 5 minutes by car from a wonderfully spacious beach. It is also ideally located as a starting point for hikes in the mountains. Only the busy road right in front of the terrace bothered us a little. Elena is a very attentive and friendly host who responds immediately to messages. She spoiled us with a homemade dessert and a farewell gift. Thanks again for that! If we come back to Crete, I would definitely stay there again.

The apartment was very modern and clean, and had everything needed. The location is perfect, on the edge of the town on peaceful settings and very close to the main bus stops. The host was very responsive. Our stay was perfect and we would not hesitate to stay there again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our short stay in Isidoros’ lovely house in Armolia. As shown in the pictures, the house is a beautifully restored and decorated stone house, with a fully stocked modern kitchen and a very comfortable bed in the main bedroom. Beyond the house itself, highlights of this property are: 1) its location in the charming little town of Armolia, which is centrally located for accessing popular sights of the south (e.g. the towns of Pyrgi and Mesta, Mavra Volia beach, the Masticha museum etc.) and features a couple of great local restaurants, and 2) the host, Isidoros, who is extremely prompt and polite in all communications, and goes out of his way to be helpful—from leaving kind welcoming gifts, to accommodating last-minute changes when our scheduled ferry got cancelled. We’re looking forward to our next visit!

We loved the place: Near the beach and the town centre. We spent a lot of time on the balcony with a view to the mountains. And we walked many of the hiking paths; the first one runs along the house. Zacharias and his wife were generous with information and help. We were a bit surpriced that the three bedrooms was inter-connected: To get to bedroom 2 you had to go through room 1. And room 3 (on the upper side of room 2 and with no own door) had to go through both rooms. But for a group of close friends itworked fine

Gorgeous villa overlooking the Lefkos bay in Karpathos island. Stunning views, walkable to the perfect beach, with a brand new villa that is kept up like a 5 star hotel. Cannot recommend enough for a beach vacation on a greek island. Sophia also took great care of us and was always responsive. We had an incredible time and the villa surpassed our high expectations!!

Manos and his family were very helpful and kind with us. They provided everything we needed for our stay and were always available and helpful. The apartment looks exactly as pictured: it's small but perfect for two people and has everything you need for a comfortable holiday. The little garden was our favourite place to chill after a long day around the beaches in Kos. Thank you again Caroline, Yannis and Manos for everything you did for us!

A very nicely renovated house situated in the middle of a deep valley, with beautiful views, complete peace and quiet, nothing but you, the stars, and the goats. The house has lovely and comfortable rooms, bathroom, kitchen, and living room, everything you need for a comfortable stay. Paris and his wife were very warm and helpful, just great. The only thing to keep in mind is that you cannot drive to the property (you need to walk 3-4 minutes on a dirt path or climb up and down a long path with stairs), so you have to be light with luggage, children, etc, and everything must be carried (no wheels). Syneti is about 12 minutes from Chora. But again, once you get there, it's perfect!

Maria and her husband are so friendly and nice. The house has everything, stove and even microwave. It’s ideal to stay there with a car, because the streets are good to get there and the streets from other cities to this village have the best roads in the island. In winter it’s cold but it has strong heating, too, Better than Hotels. Thank you!

We had a great two weeks in Piso Livadi in a lovely apartment with our daughter. Giorgos, the host, was exceptional: always helpful, available, and attentive, he gave us valuable advice throughout our stay. He was also very thoughtful with our daughter, which made our experience even more enjoyable. The apartment was perfectly equipped, with everything we needed. We particularly enjoyed the small intimate terrace, ideal for relaxing moments. The linen and towels were changed regularly, a real plus for our comfort. The location is also a major asset: steps away from restaurants, shops, and the beach. In short, an unforgettable stay that we highly recommend! Thank you Giorgos for this welcome and kindness!

The apartment was exactly as described, located in a quiet village, the in-house tavern offers authentic Greek cuisine, highly recommended. Ideal for travellers who want to be accommodated off the tourist mile. Very happy to come back, thank you so much for the wonderful time in Kos :)

We couldn't ask for more than our stay. Flawless. The house is nice, tidy , as well as the location of the house fantastic since it is just a few minutes away from the beach of medium. I highly recommend it and look forward to visiting again.

Ioanna's house, Villa Mastika was a wonderful experience, I was alone, but even more people would have been great. Ioanna's parents were super welcoming and kind, I found an entire apartment just for me super clean, very close to the center of Komi, a beautiful covered patio where I could relax in the evening. The WiFi was great! As well as the air conditioning and the window screen, finally a structure in Greece where you are not woken up at dawn by sunlight. Very comfortable bed, great shower, super kitchen with lots of appliances, only one washing machine was missing, but that's fine. I found a lot of surprises for me in the refrigerator, there were drinks beyond water and everything I needed for various breakfasts that I didn't expect and I was surprised and happy. In addition, being a real house and not a simple studio there was everything you need to also make me coffee, cooking oil, etc... in short, fadantastic experience, I really miss Villa Mastika. Thank you❤🫂

Despite the fact that we did not have the room corresponding to the listing, we were very well received in a welcoming, clean and with a beautiful view. Michael, Eirini's brother, is very friendly and available.

Alexandra is probably the best host we have had so far with Airbnb. She is a kind, responsive and very generous host who you can tell puts a lot of effort into making sure her guests feel at home. The apartment was very clean and nicely decorated and was located right on the water front in Apollonas, a small fishing village located to the north of the island. This place is perfect if you’re just looking to relax. Highly recommend!

Had a relaxing 9-day stay in Naxos. Stefanos and his father were helpful and communicative. The apartment was cozy yet spacious enough for 2 people and well-stocked with everything we needed. Location is 10 minutes from the main shops/restaurants, 10 minutes from the nearest beach, and 20 minutes from the port. Amazing deal!

I like the small apartment, I'm there for the second time. Everything is as described. I found it clean and tidy. Jiannis is a friendly, polite host, he can be reached by what...app. If you have a light sleep, you should bring ear plugs, there are many roosters and chickens in the area.

Hi, We were delighted to stay in this home, the inside of the house is spotless and pleasant to live in with its 2 terraces. The interior is very clean, the sheets and towels are very clean also impeccable bedding. We were warm when we arrived despite the A/C, it's settled after a few hours once the A/C started and the owner had us deliver a brand new fan by a store. Very responsive owner and attentive to his hosts. Very well located location, access to beaches, just 10 minutes from downtown Kos , nearby the possibility of renting quad bikes or buggy and cars and even bikes and scooters. I would highly recommend

Beautiful little quiet house, well located for visiting Chania , Kourna , Rethymnon , Chora Skafia and surroundings. A great welcome rarely seen , clear and succinct explanations in English: everything was perfect . The family is really made up of great people who love their beautiful country. Very nice little gifts: delicious wine + oil (helas too heavy to take it back...). The house is super well-equipped: there is absolutely nothing missing and everything works well: even the wifi! The house is super clean , possibility to make your laundry , hot water at all times and small electric heater in case of heavy cold but also hammocks for relaxing. Easy parking just in front of the small house in the enclosure . Large lot fenced by a small, convenient wall that prevented our little dog from escaping. On foot, Lake Kournas (5 minutes) and the beach (30 minutes) and the center of Gorgiopoulis ( 25 minutes) are not far away. In short, a little paradise, we would have liked to stay longer but the return flights the following week to Belgium were really too expensive: too bad!

One of the best equipped and cleanest Airbnb I've ever been to. The place was spotless. Every utility you'll ever need simply is there, amazing! The place was very easy to find on google maps, another great thing, you have your own driveway, so always room to park your car. Konstantinos, his wife and parents were very friendly and hospitable. He always replied fast if you needed some information. As a welcome gift he left some local wines for me, one of them I like so much I brought 12 bottles home with me If you go to Rhodes in search for a place away from mass tourism I definitely recommend this place. If you do want to see some of the island a rental car is a must. Konstantinos, great host, and thank you for having me!

Maria is a super host, she is much more than just a host in fact. She makes everything for us to feel home and more. She managed to get everything we needed, a bed and a chair for babies, as well as food, drinks, souvenirs… Added to a perfect location, central and 3 minutes walk to one of the best beach of the island. The house was beautiful and clean. We had lots of space. The garden is also amazing with lemon and orange trees so outside it was very peaceful. Near Tulum beach and restaurants along the sea front. Would recommend!

We had a fabulous time! House just a few metres from the sea (2 minutes by car), with a private pool and a wonderful view. It feels really good and everything is so private so you can have a pleasant holiday. Maria was always helpful and kind and ready to meet our every need and always thoughtful about all the details so that we could have a pleasant holiday. Flexible and easy check-in and check-out. You will return, that's for sure.
