Our two-tiered approach

A lovely bright house right next to Notre Échelle 1. With a swimming pool in the garden with a large sun terrace. In 2024, it was converted into a vacation home where you will find a combination of old elements from the adjacent farm with new elements such as a new kitchen and bathroom. The house is on the outskirts of the village of Alluy at the foot of the Morvan. Here you will find peace and quiet, the beautiful countryside, but also the coziness of the very nearby villages and harbors along the Canal de Nivernais.

A fully renovated large 4 bedroom country house near Moulins and Bourbon l'Archambault with private outdoor heated swimming pool, large garden and nordic bath. Set a kilometer from the village of Couzon in a most glorious setting of unspoilt countryside in Allier, 20 km from Moulins, La Petite Prugne is perfect for families and groups looking for a country holiday. The old village school

The old school/schoolmaster's house is on the edge of a tiny village where there's no shop, no café, so you’ll need a car. It's very rural here, with views across the gently undulating countryside from the school. Two small towns with supermarkets - La Machine and Cercy-la-Tour, are both about 11 kilometres away. Decize, a much larger town on the Loire, is about 18 km away. There are two double bedrooms, and another small one with a triple-layer bunk bed suitable for children.

“La Capucine” Cottage

Close to the Loire and the Canal du Nivernais, nice detached house located in the city center. Consisting of a large, fully equipped kitchen, a living room with sofa bed, a bedroom with double bed, and a bathroom. Enclosed outdoor area with terrace and summer kitchen. Parking in enclosed inner courtyard. Linens and towels included for the stay. Amenities nearby (bakery, bar, restaurants, tobacco, butcher...). About 1 km from the train station and supermarkets.

Cottage in the countryside (GITE)

For guests looking for peace and quiet in the countryside, the cottage has a terrace and an unfenced garden. Accommodating up to 4 people, the Maisonette, (accessible for people with reduced mobility) is furnished for a comfortable stay. Close to the Loire à Vélo, the Chemin de St-Jacques-de Compostelle and the many castles of Berry, our cottage is located near a beautiful wine region (Côtes de la Charité, Sancerre, Pouilly sur Loire, Quincy, etc.)

Comfortable and functional 2-room single-story house located in the stopover village of Pougues-les-Eaux, six minutes from the Tranchant Group Casino and 20 minutes from the Magny Cours Circuit. Living room with equipped US kitchen: microwave, Senseo coffee machine (pods are free). One bedroom with double bed 160 x 200, wardrobe and TV. Linens and towels are provided. Modern and spacious bathroom. Secure parking, motorcycle shelter available.

Small 45 m² house on the side canal of the Loire. For nature lovers, the cottage is located in an ideal setting to relax by the canal (10 m from the bank) and close to the Loire. Linens are provided. Small quiet studio, close to the highway, 10 min from Moulins and 20 min from Le Pal Park Self check-in to this independent accommodation. Kitchen equipped with dishes, fridge, Senseo, induction cooktop, etc. Very comfortable bed TV with Netflix Possibility of charging your electric vehicle for €20 (also having an EV, please contact me). Ideally located in the countryside, enjoy the outdoors from spring (terrace, barbecue, etc.).
