Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Defence Housing Authority

Perfect accommodations for my family and me while in town for a wedding. The location was ideal—walking distance to a family member’s home in Defense and beautiful Zamzama Park, perfect for fresh air, greenery, and exercise. The house was spacious, with comfortable beds, reliable hot water and pressure, consistent electricity, and relatively quiet despite being near a main road. The on-site staff were friendly and helpful, and the host was extremely accommodating and communicative. Would 100% stay here again!

This place was exactly what I was looking for my month long vacation as it is safe, secure and secluded. Haider uncle and Shabnam aunty were super welcoming and were extremely helpful. Sadaf did an amazing job of keeping the place spotless clean. They made sure I felt right at home always. The complimentary breakfast was a cherry on top. My privacy was their top priority and comfort was their top priority. Staying here was a wonderful experience. If you are looking for an Airbnb to rent, you can stop searching and book this right away!

Great stay,loved everything about the place, well maintained and clean place, the location is also great, in the middle of the city, the host is super co operative, the house help is very nice as well , wether it’s the cook the cleaning ladies the guard the driver everybody do their job properly and wholeheartedly ! It was lovely staying at this place stayed here for the second time and rooms were spacious and clean. The linens were fresh and spotless All the essential kitchen utensils were present Host was very responsive and friendly Check in was smooth The house is located in the centre almost and all the places are easily accessible Also theres a nearby street where you can find wide variety of food It was a pleasant experience will visit again.

It was great stay at Zain’s place. Zain is very accommodating and responsive. Looked exactly how it was pictured. Mr. Noor is great help and available almost every time you call him. Overall great place. Youtube Premium , Netflix was a plus! Zain and Hira are great Host. Keep it up.

I recently stayed at this property and had a great experience overall. The place is private, silent, and very clean, making it perfect for a peaceful getaway. All the essential amenities were available, and both the host and handler were highly responsive, ensuring a smooth and comfortable stay. The 24-hour security guard added a sense of safety, and no load shedding was a big plus. Additionally, its walking distance from the sea makes it a great location for beach lovers. However, there were a few downsides. The property is not listed on Google Maps, making navigation difficult. Ordering online was also a hassle, and the surrounding streets were not well-maintained. Additionally, the rooms and sitting area were quite small, which may feel cramped for some guests. Despite these minor issues, the stay was enjoyable. If you’re looking for a quiet, clean, and secure place near the sea, this is a great option.

Had an amazing and very comfortable stay. Athar is the best host, always responsive and available to answer any concerns. Everything was perfect from start to finish . Definitely going back for my next visit to Karachi. Could not have found a better place or a better host for my extended stay in Karachi. Highly recommended to all visiting Karachi. Definitely home away from home.

It was a nice place, with all the amenities. AC was chill, which is very rare these days. Apartment was easy to find, house help was available round the clock. My only concern was that married couples are not allowed, which was communicated right after the booking, i would recommend to the host that please mention it in your policy to avoid any inconvenience to future guests. Would love to stay again.

Great location, very responsive and accommodating host, lots of food and shopping options nearby. It’s in the commercial area. There are few steps to get to the elevator for elderly folks.

I booked this apartment for my brother's family, who are visiting from the UK. They were pretty happy. It has a separate lift entrance, is very private and clean with AC in every room, and is close to shops and restaurants. Host Khurram and his team were very responsive and managed this property professionally. Definitely staying here again.
