Welcome to our spacious retro house in the heart of Råneå – the charming village where the river meets the sea! Perfect for two families, a group of friends on a snowmobile vacation, a fishing adventure or a paddle trip. The house offers a total of 11 comfortable beds, a generous sauna for relaxing after the day's adventures, There is space to socialize, cook together and create memories – all year round. Whether you're looking for the silence by the water or the excitement of the Norrland terrain, you've found the right place.

Newly-built cottage in beautiful location

The cottage was completed in the late summer of 2024 and is now ready for rent. It has a very nice, sunny and private location on a headland by the Lule River. The cottage consists of a large living room with a fully-equipped kitchen, dining area for 6 people, large sofa and a TV. On the same floor there is also a bathroom with laundry facilities, two bedrooms and a sauna. The cottage also has a large sleeping loft with an undisturbed view of the river. The cottage has a large furnished balcony with barbecue grill.

Friluftshuset at Snöberget is located at the foot of the Snöberget Nature Reserve and right by the Råneå River. From here, you can enjoy stunning views of the Lapland landscape just outside the house, while also having easy access to activities such as hiking, ice fishing, snowmobiling, and swimming in the summer. This house is also perfect for viewing the northern lights. In addition, we have a very nice barbecue area in the yard, which guests are more than welcome to use.

Njut av fantastisk natur, hav & norrskenspromenad på isen utan störande ljus från staden, ta en varm bastu eller varför inte ett bad efter promenaden. 16 min bil till Centrum Bussförbindelser är begränsade och bil rekommenderas. Vi uppskattar om ni lämnar huset i samma skick som när ni anlände❤️

Welcome to KARINS RED COTTAGE. The house is located next to road 97, between the Storklinten winter sports facility and the town of Boden, (16 km from Boden, 20 km from Storklinten). Within 3 km of the accommodation there is the opportunity to rent snowmobiles, horseback riding with Icelandic horses, a pony riding school, a gym and guided tours of our deer enclosure. As a guest at Karins R C you have access to your own beach with a jetty where you can swim and fish.
