The apartment is a quiet top-floor two-room apartment with spectacular views over the rooftops all the way to Harju, and on the courtyard side, which makes it particularly peaceful. The diverse services and sights of the city center are just a short walk away and also easy to get to by public transport. The convenience store K-Market Tapionkatu is 450m away. Tuomiojärvi beach is 650m away. There are several free parking places nearby and one parking area where you can park without a parking disc.

Kesäaikaan näet ikkunoista vehreitä vaahteroita ja pihatammen oksat, talvella taas läheisen Jyväsjärven jää siintää horisontissa. Majoittujana saat olla omassa rauhassa pienen talon (40m²) suojissa. Moottoritieltä pääset autolla muutamassa minuutissa kohteeseemme, meiltä on 3,5 km Jyväskylän keskustaan.

The cottage is on the lower part of the property by a private beach. You can relax by the fireplace, go to sauna or go swimming into the lake. There is a central heating and an additional fireplace, indoor toilet, shower and sauna. Drinking water from tap. During summer you can relax on hammock or by the outdoor fireplace. Kimallus is located in a quiet area on the shores of Lake Jyväsjärvi, close to the city center. You will be staying in the new two-room apartment with a sauna on the 3rd floor. You can enjoy yourself on the large glazed balcony. You will sleep comfortably in a 160 cm wide double bed, additional guests will sleep on a 140 cm wide sofa bed, 0-2 year olds in a travel bed. Close to the beach, there are hiking trails and a playground. You can easily reach us by car or public transport.
