Very peaceful and private, well connected yet far away enough for privacy. Top floor was the cherry on top, 10/10 place

We absolutely fell in love with the place. Staying in the house was an experience by itself. The grand living room embellished with numerous beautiful collectibles that the owners had got and carefully arranged over their lifetime is the highlight of this place. The house has the charm of a heritage home nestled in the middle of greenery and offering beautiful views. Shubham, the caretaker is a very warm and welcoming person and responded promptly to every query. The place provided us the perfect reset we needed. Wishing that this place built with so much love and care with all the lovely items within is preserved and taken care of for many many more years!

we enjoyed our stay at this beautiful property , the peaceful village setting, lush green lawn, and fruit trees created such a refreshing escape from the city. The cozy duplex was perfect for two, neat and thoughtfully done. We especially loved the sit-out area — the breeze, the rain, and the stars made for magical evenings. The caretakers were warm and the food was simply amazing. It was a truly memorable experience.

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The house was exactly as pictured - clean, modern, and very comfortable. The location was fantastic, with easy access to local shops and restaurants. Check-in was seamless, and the host was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay. We especially appreciated the thoughtful touches like the complimentary coffee and tea. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area and would happily stay here again!

Caasa Tranquilla Somatane is a dreamy, cozy and close-to-nature getaway perfect for family outings. Thankful to the host and the house caretaker (Balu) who do a fantastic job in ensuring that the property looks spick and new everytime you check-in for a stay. Best part about the property is their huge beautiful garden area which is perfect for your pets. My pet was the happiest to have found a home away from home at the huge yet homely property. Thank you once again and Kudos to the team.

The stay was very comfortable and the Host - Suyog was very responsive. location of this apartment is a highlight as it is on top floor with golf facing balcony. Apartment is very well equipped with all utensils and looks just like the picture. Highlight recommend.

The place was really good, the surroundings and building area was beautiful ans the host was very responsive and good.

Host was responsive. But for greywater which was taken by surprise delayed the days official process. The property is ecofriendly and uses WTP/STP for water circulation. Suggest the host to post a sticker, "GREY WATER USED FOR TOILET FLUSHING"

The place was neat and beautifully curated with unique decor, cozy vibes, and everything you need for a comfortable stay. The host Ananya herself was quite responsive and helpful with everything we needed. Loved it, will definitely come again!

Gaurav’s place was amazing.

Karthikeyan was right there when we arrived at his property. Although we had booked one room , but he was generous enough to allow us to choose any room in the property. If you love outdoors and natural water body, this is the place to visit. Me and my son went for swim in the lake which is adjacent to the property. Beware of the rocks and stones. This is not a sea beach. So please be careful. The food was homely and great. The cook has now become a celebrity. We spent a great evening chatting with karthik. Overall a great place to unwind and relax.

We loved our stay! We felt very comfortable, the apartment is very clean and spacious well equipped both in terms of kitchen and bathroom and bedroom everything was really perfect was very clean. We just loved every minute of our visit communication with Bhagwat was a great super easy to check in. The location is also great, close to everything. when I am coming back to Pune I will definitely book with Bhagwat apartment I would 100% recommend to stay with Bhagwat apartment

I stayed at this place with my wife and I must say it was worth every penny. very responsive and approachable host, she has given contact of Mr. Nandlal who has made all his effort to feel like home away home. Shalom is a beautiful place to spend quality time with your family and pets. The house is huge and surrounded by forests. My dog had a great time. Sunil, the caretaker was very helpful. We had opted for home cooked meals and the food was very tasty and worth the price. Ashish was very cordial and very responsive in answering all our queries. I would highly recommend this place if u plan to have a quiet retreat near to Mumbai or pune. Worth the money. I also forgot my airpods at shalom while checking out, but Ashish was helpful and delivered it on the same day to Mumbai. A must visit

It was late night check in with my family, the host Pavan ji a kind soul made sure we comfortably reach the location supporting through the journey. He compassionately giving us lay of land of the house. The 2bhk house was clean, easily accessible from the main road, peaceful and decorated with love. With all the amenities like functional kitchen, hot water for bathing, a hall for family discussion and a work station. The next morning during he made sure again that we had a good stay. I t was a nice stay and I will absolutely recommend place. It’s time we should appreciate compassionate people.
