As a Family of 4 who used to live in Dubai, this place was perfect, everything was as described and Roxanne and Aziz were unbelievably helpful and responsive from booking onwards and while we were staying there. We hired a car as we know our way around and the location was perfect, 15 mins away from almost everything. We really appreciated how easy it was to find the place and easy to get in and out. There is a reason this place hosted with Gintare is a super-host. It was a very smooth experience from first minute checked in till last minute checking out. The place has unique view of open sea, private quiet beach and pool and good gym facilities. Everything we needed for a relaxed time spent was there. Would definitely go there again.

Amazing location with two awesome pools! Perfect if you want to walk around to the lovely nearby cafes and restaurants. Julia was extremely responsive and fixed any issues that arose instantly! The view from the balcony was incredible.

I came to Dubai and my first stay was with OcleyHomes at Marquise Business Bay. The room, the view, and the amenities were beautiful and exactly as advertised but what truly made my experience unforgettable was Mashall’s communication and care. During my stay, I had a minor sink issue, and within a day, he had a technician fix it. Even more impressive, after I left, I realized I’d forgotten my toiletry bag and retainer cleaner. Mashall not only tracked them down through the cleaning service, but personally coordinated their return to my new Airbnb. He stayed in touch throughout and made sure everything was resolved with care. This kind of service is beyond 5 stars. Because of Mashall, I’ll be booking with OcleyHomes again. I’m truly grateful. 🤝🙏🏻

Perfect stay, hosts were very attentive. I have been to many Airbnb but this is on top 3 of my overall stays. Great things about the apartment was that I did not need to buy anything extra, detergents were available, cooking items like oil was available, shampoo and shower gel was available, all to all, comfortable and perfect place with a grogeous view of burj khalifah. Just need to put an ashtray in balcony

The unit in CVG was brilliant! I regret moving out in 2 days, would’ve absolutely loved it if it was facing the skyline. The tower and area are very calm, clean and peaceful. The hosts are super responsive and the whole procedure was very easy! Kudos

Our stay at the apartment in Dubai was absolutely fantastic! It exceeded our expectations in every way. Everything was spotlessly clean and well-maintained. The furniture was tidy and comfortable. There were a few minor signs of use, but that’s totally normal for a holiday apartment and didn’t bother us at all. The view was phenomenal – overlooking the Marina Walk, it was truly breathtaking. We had a wonderful experience and would definitely come back!

A Residential complex in a great location and quite peaceful

Amazing stay - great location and dirext connectivity to Dubai mall. if you have a car, parking is great with super quick access to apartment. It is only hassle during peak hours at Dubai mall due to connected parking.

This place is good. It's not really walkable to too much stuff and if you want to go on run's you'll be running on the side of the freeway as I noticed there's not a lot of sidewalks in Dubai. It's very clean and neat and minimal which is great. It's also about a 15-20 mins drive from anywhere you'd want to go in Dubai without traffic. There is a gym across the street but it's quiet pricey to join as a tourist (~$400/month or $50 per day). Aside from all this, the place is great for a single person or a couple visiting. No dishwasher.. but washing machine and dryer available which was super convenient. I did have some WiFi issues I will say but Mohammed took care of things in a *decent* amount of time - could have been a bit more on top of things as I was there for work and needed good strong WiFi connection. 4.5 stars!
