Holiday rentals with a hot tub in DeKalb County

The communication and overall hospitality was at a high! I met Marlon the second day as he came to oversee/take care of an issue, and tho I’ve never spoken with a host in person, it was like we known each other for years. Down to earth type with knowledge that he doesn’t mind handing out. Good guy. We had an outage while we were out, and Mrs. Francine called and filled us in so we wouldn’t be left in the dark which was very helpful cause we were able to plan accordingly. I’ll definitely stay here again if I’m then the area. I also recommend this spot to all. Respectfully, Keenan,Brittany and family.

The house was super cute and was even better than the pictures! Minty was very responsive and accommodating to any of our needs. The online check-in and add-on services were also very easy on the app. My whole family enjoyed the house and the lovely area it was located in! We will definitely be staying here again when we come back in the area.

I stayed here with 5 of my female friends for a bachelorette party getaway. The layout is wonderful for a group. Everyone got their own bedroom, and there were enough bathrooms so sharing was easy. The downstairs living room and kitchen area was comfortable and the set up made it easy to talk and hang out as a group. Also the beds were very comfortable! Thank you for a great stay!

Worth every penny ! Loved this lake house BEAUTIFUL! My family fish and that’s how we bond since childhood, I planned a minor fishing trip get away for my father, my two brothers, and my two cousins for Father’s Day week/weekend ! They caught plenty of fish and never left the home everything was there ! It was a home away from home extremely clean and welcoming. My family loved it and felt at peace while doing what we loved (fishing) ! Thank you for having us I look forward in rent again and again! Thank you !

I stayed here with my professional contemporary dance company while we were on tour in Atlanta -- 6 women. We are obsessed with this air bnb. Just a spectacular house. lots of space to spread out and also amazing spaces to gather, indoors and out. incredibly clean and well stocked. Exactly as the description says. While we were there the hot tub was not functional -- the host was super communicative about trying to get it fixed. when it was clear that that wasn't going to happen they sent groceries and flowers to the house as an apology. Something to note: the "hidden room" with the rock wall and the bunk beds can only be accessed THROUGH the master suite. its essentially on the other side of the master bath. obviously meant for kids but we did use it as a bedroom -- beds will fit anyone under 5'9. You just have to be very comfortable sharing tight quarters with whomever stays in that room. The front and back porches are amazing. We want to go back to ATL just to stay here again! 5💫

We will definitely book Tunde home again. The kids loved the pool, movie theater and game room. Guest who came by loved the house as well. It was enough space for everyone. The house was great and everyone loved it.

We truly loved our time at this beautiful home. It was exactly as described. Jorge was flexible and easy to get ahold of. We had a few minor issues that were taken care of immediately. I would absolutely book this place again.

Beautiful home with all amenities on a secluded property. Our group of 16 traveled to Conyers for a baby shower and we loved the stay. Our host Alina was awesome! Will definitely book again for the next family trip.

We were super pleased with the home and location. We were down for a baseball tournament in East Cobb and it couldn’t have been more central to the fields as well as lots of restaurants and attractions. Home was super clean and spacious. Our three families had plenty of room for ourselves as well as communal areas for people to hang out together. The pool was delightful. Kitchen was well equipped for making meals. The host was super friendly and accommodating and very communicative. Checked on the pool a few times during the week, which was appreciated. hope we play another tournament down this way so we could try to stay here again!

The home is clean, modern, and easy to get around in. The kids enjoyed the game room (ping pong table and pool table downstairs) and use of the private pool area. Having TVs in every bedroom was helpful, especially with children of varying ages. Lots of seating available in the kitchen. Our host was responsive during our stay, taking the time to check in with us and answering our questions. The home is surrounded by big trees and greenery. If you are traveling with children bring mosquito repellent. Good experience overall, would stay here again.

The house was spacious, beautiful, organized, and clean and was one of the best that we've stayed in to date. I DO wish that the hosts would allow more than 10 people as the house can hold more. 😁 The hosts, communicated thoroughly, promptly, and regualry regardless of the time of the day. They also looked to accomodate in every way possible to ensure that we enjoyed our stay. We recommend the home as well as Melanie and Sue as hosts. Looking forward to staying here again in the future as the house and location was awesome.

My family was traveling to Georgia to attain my daughter’s next Service Dog from Canine Assistants in Alpharetta. We were looking for a place our whole family(our pups included) could stay for the week, enjoy the beautiful surrounding area and relax with our friends that live locally. The Three Birches as a home and Roberta as its steward exceeded our expectations! We are a family of six (+ Pups), so it can get tight at times but not at the Three Birches. The home was perfect, spacious and easy to navigate, with acres of property to explore, along with donkeys, miniature horses and a Ram to keep us company. No Roosters needed to wake us each morning, the Donkeys bray was quite sufficient! Last but certainly not least, Roberta was beyond a gracious and supportive host. We communicated often before and during our stay at her family’s home. Never an issue. Would definitely come again, especially with Roberta at the helm!!

This place is a hidden gem! Our wonderful host Morgan went above and beyond to ensure our stay was great and we had everything we could need. We couldn’t be more grateful for the wonderful hospitality!!

Friendly owner & caretaker, adorable horses, beautiful views, private but close to great places to visit/eat. Loved that there was enough space for 3 couples to have their own bed and bathroom! Kitchen stocked with plenty of dishes & utensils. Nice quiet area. A very comfortable home.

The cabin was beautifully kept, very spacious. Kids enjoyed the game room. We went on a hike, and lit the bonfire. Our stay was one for the books. Thanks for having us.

I rented this beautiful place for a getaway and for fun for my son’s graduation. My 82 year old parents traveled from out of state and stayed with us. Everyone absolutely loved this place and was mesmerized by its location and the atmosphere. We loved the frogs and crickets putting on a concert at night! I highly recommend this place if you want a comfortable place yet so much to do and never have to leave! We are going to make this our new family annual tradition staycation!!!!! Olive Homes is the best host ever!!!!!

Very well-equipped cabin with all the necessary kitchen tools, all very clean and organized. Cameron also has a canoe (and life vests) that we used to paddle in the lake, which was lovely.

This place is gorgeous! We chose it because it’s conveniently located between Senoia and Covington, both of the places we were visiting. Our only regret was that we didn’t book it for more days. It was a peaceful retreat after a day of touring around.
