My cottage is quaint, cozy and charming and is located 1 1/2 blocks from the Delaware bay. In Villas, NJ. You won’t want to miss the spectacular sunsets. Off street parking and a cozy deck to enjoy that morning coffee, lunch or dinner. Approx 15 min. drive to Wildwood or Cape May beach/ boardwalk. Beach tags are supplied with the house for Cape May beaches. We invite you to view the pictures of our home and plan to come and stay. Wineries and breweries are less than 10 minutes from the house.

Cute and clean! It was perfect size for our family. I would recommend for couples or family as well. The only thing is the shower is too short for anyone taller than 5’6”. But the outside shower was very nice to use so we didn’t mind this at all. Would highly recommend and would stay again!

We had an excellent stay at Brooke’s place for the second year in a row. The house is exactly as described and in the pictures - beautiful finishes, tasteful and comfortable decor, plentiful amenities. The location couldn’t be better. It’s close enough to all the activities in Ocean City for the family but far enough away that it feels remote and peaceful. We used to go to the Outer Banks for many years, and my wife kept commenting on how it felt like we were there but with all the fun the boardwalk close by. Highly recommend staying here!

Edward Joseph's property was beautiful and truly helped my wife and I enjoy our anniversary. We might not have brought our dog had we known the cost upfront, inability for her to use the furniture or that neighbors would rat on my wife because our dog peed on her overgrown grass.

Had a fantastic stay! The location was great, not too far from town and still had some local eats. The house was clean and well equipped, check in and out was easy, and Shane was super responsive at all times. Would be happy to visit again!!
