Kevin was a very responsive host who checked in with me during the stay. The place was lovely - light, bright and clean. Freshly updated and remodeled with a peek of the beautiful ocean out the windows. Definitely would stay here again.

Beautiful place right on the beach. Fully remodeled unit and very clean. Fully stocked kitchen. Our family had a great time staying at this unit. Already planning to come back in couple of months.

The top 3 things that really stood out was feeling, smelling and hearing the ocean and the air was right at the front door. Park your car and forget about it—- it’s a walk to anywhere you need location. The amount of food, play and bevy choices within a few blocks was 100% stellar. It’s an unplug and enjoy the slow beach place sanctuary. There’s no tv or high maintenance appliances to worry about. It’s peaceful, simple and refreshing.

We loved our weekend at Jamie's amazing apartment in Capitola! It was so easy to walk to the beach and we loved hanging out in the beautiful backyard with our little one. Perfect spot for our little family's getaway to the beach!

Kimber was a very friendly host and helped out when needed! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay as it was the perfect, most comfortable place to come back to after a long day out.

We had a great time staying here. We had some trouble getting in the gate because even though Maria messaged me what the gate code was I kept thinking and looking back at their old gate code in the listing. Luckily we got it sorted out but it was a lil confusing at first. We also weren’t quite sure which way was ok to drive to the place. Like drive behind their house or cut right in front of their house to get to the place, there weren’t any instructions so we did both lol. We were also a lil bummed that there was no outside seating like shown in the pictures. We drove around their house a couple times trynna make sure we were at the right building because we were looking for the outside furniture for us to know we were at the right place. Once again we figured it out. It was overall a beautiful surrounding at the house and so many flowers. We had a great time and would stay again. I would recommend Maria’s place for sure so peaceful and quiet it was very very nice. Thank you Maria

We had an amazing stay at Howard’s Place! Literally steps from the beach. Howard was very communicative and always responded if we reached out to him. The community is also amazing! We had an issue with the blinds not working and they came the next day and fixed them. They provide wheelbarrows for luggage and have a private pond. We would definitely stay here again! Thanks Howard!

We loved our stay here. Location was perfect to walk coast or into town for food. Bed was particularly comfortable with great linen. Use of laundry facility was an added bonus for us. Would recommend this place to anyone looking for a clean, well appointed accommodation for two.

We stayed for just one night, but everything was perfect! The place was clean, cozy and exactly as described. The check in process was smooth and the host was kind. It was a short stay, but we felt very comfortable. The surrounding was also quiet especially at night. We slept peacefully. Highly recommended!❤️

Had a great stay! The place was super clean, cozy, and had everything we needed for a comfortable trip. The host was responsive and helpful throughout. Only thing to note is that the walls are a bit thin, but that’s not the host’s fault—just something to keep in mind. Would definitely stay again!

We were in the middle of an eventful roadtrip (rollercoaster, tbh--including mechanical issues with our vehicle, resulting in a forced mid-trip swap)... so I was extremely relieved when we arrived at George's place and everything was as advertised. Very modern and clean, and I loved all of the custom lighting options (dimmers, fun bathroom nightlight, etc). I had contacted him beforehand, to let him know we had a large vehicle, and he got back to me asap to confirm that the parking space at his home would be spacious enough to accommodate it. And, the bed is so comfy! There are advertised Quiet Hours for this listing, and Yes, there were noises from the chickens/roosters outside, but animals don't tend to observe Quiet Hours. (I am sensitive to noise and always travel with earplugs, and could not hear anything with my earplugs in.) I heard a small dog barking somewhere else on the property, for several hours one evening, but the barking stopped just before quiet hours began.

Super easy and friendly check in. Out of the many, many Airbnb/VRBO/etc rentals I’ve done in past decade, this was the first one actually managed by a ‘company’ so I was kind of worried it would be a distant kind of feeling vibe. Not even…very nice folks and once at the property everything checked out fine. Clean and ready to enjoy. Parking was very easy and the views and sounds of the ocean priceless. I’ve stayed in this complex before and found that either the folks upstairs/nextdoor at this unit were very quiet/empty, or this unit is soundproofed pretty well. Nice. Didn’t cook on this trip but did notice that there was MORE than adequate kitchen sundries and supplies that would have made cooking super easy. Definitely pride of ownership reflected in the high end finishes of the kitchen and bathrooms and quality of choices- would definitely and PLAN to return come football season!

Ann's place is awesome for exploring Monterey and the surrounding areas. It was great not having to worry about paying to park downtown. Everything you'd want to do is within walking distance, from the beaches to shopping and dining to the Aquarium. Ann was very accommodating and allowed for an earlier check in which was very much appreciated. Would definitely stay here again!!

My partner and I stayed over night at Manresa Surf House for our 2 year anniversary and I just have to say we could not have picked a better place to stay!! The hosts were so welcoming, kind, helpful, and responsive. The property is also just a short drive away from Capitola which was very convenient for us!! Room was also very clean and comfortable, the bed was also very comfy which was a big plus!! The kitchen had so many things accessible to us as well which was a nice touch. Overall it was a stellar experience, definitely would recommend this place and visit again!!

We stay in the Santa Cruz area quite a bit as my kids go to camp nearby. I really enjoyed the Seascape Resort. Bailey's listing was perfect! It is MUCH quieter than Capitola and Santa Cruz, which is more my jam. The resort is landscaped beautifully and we enjoyed exploring! The beach is just a short walk. Side note: check out the grocery store in the village across the street. They make fantastic sandwiches which are perfect for a beach picnic!

Absolutely loved this location. Quiet and peaceful, with the most amazing view. The bathroom is huge with an amazing whirlpool tub. It was extremely clean and felt so private. Fantastic place to spend a romantic weekend. We were not asked to do any cleaning, and checkout was extremely fast and simple. I would love to come again, and would recommend it to anyone.

Probably the best Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in in terms of being a clean, well stocked place. So many little details done right. Charging docks on all the night stands. A “did you forget anything” toiletry basket in the restroom. The well equipped kitchen and selection of coffee from Keurig to Nespresso. A lot of care was put into this home and it’s well worth the asking price. As far as location, proximity to the beach, and views - that is all self explanatory. I had an amazing time, and will certainly book again.
