Guest count capacity is 6 including children ( under 2 not included in count but please note this in the reservation), 4 adults is max capacity.

The queen bed sleeps two guests comfortably. The sofa twin beds are best suited to youngsters. The condo is a third floor unit with stairs, no elevator.

The home is located in walking distance to the Goonies House, Pier 39, the Astoria Riverwalk and hiking trails. It is a 35 minute walk or 5 minute drive into downtown Astoria and a quick 25 minute drive to the beach. Resplendent with Beach Décor, my Pet Friendly Studio is located in a small (15 units) property at the quiet north end of the Prom, yet just a short 15 minute stroll to downtown and all the shopping, attractions, and restaurants. There is a Sofa Sleeper for the little ones (or an adult), and plenty of storage and space for longer stays. Pet fees: 2 Pets maximum. $50 per trip Key Lockbox code will be provided 3-4 days advance of your stay.

Please note - hot tub is only available in the high season ~ May-October. Effective 10/15/25 the hot tub is drained and offline until May 2026. Price reflects amenity removed.
