Kid-friendly holiday rentals in DeLand

My family and I enjoyed our 3 night stay. It was home away from home. The house is beautifully renovated, CLEAN, and super organized. The beds were comfortable and the house is really spacious which was a huge relief for me while traveling with a busy toddler who enjoys walking around and needs to burn energy. The house had everything we needed. The front porch and fenced in back yard are also awesome. We really enjoyed the swing on the front porch. The area was quiet and convenient. I would definitely stay here again!

We couldn’t have asked for a better stay! Dont pass this house up it’s beautiful, the host is amazing, and we felt right at home! We will be booking this every time we visit our family in Florida!

My family and I really enjoyed our stay. Spacious dining area, bonus Florida room AND a separate screened in patio. Plenty of room to entertain, hangout and relax! The house is updated with a retro vibe that I really liked. Stocked Keurig coffee bar in the modernized retro themed kitchen was very nice. Guest bathroom is very nice and spacious but the master bath is a little cramped for a bigger guy like myself but still very nice. 5/5 stars, I would definitely stay here again.

Everything was great. The place was clean everything that was there was available. The only thing I was upset about was the towels that he had after we used them they sort of kind of stunk so we have to go out and buy our own towels, but other than that, the place was amazing. It was close for what we needed it. The bed was comfortable

Beautiful home , looks just like the pictures. Everything was very clean and just provided anything you could need . Linens ,plenty of towels,toiletries as well as kitchen essentials. Would stay again !

This was my 2nd stay because I enjoyed the 1st stay so much. I love the location, walkable to downtown Sanford. Always responsive to messages. Very clean and secure. I would recommend if your Central Florida travels bring you to downtown Sanford.

This is a great place to stay. Close to everything. Easy free parking, pool and beach access. Daniel has thought of everything even including beach chairs and umbrella. Was exactly as pictured and described. If I ever go back to Daytona Beach again, would definitely try to stay here again.

Sabra and Ben's place is absolutely adorable. Sabra communicated and responded promptly and kindly. Plenty of towels, blankets, kitchen items, and cooling options. It was quiet and peaceful, shaded with a beautiful porch area. Check-in was super easy and convenient. The pool area was beautiful, plenty of chairs. Lots of shops and restaurants within walking distance. Description and pictures are exactly as advertised.

Great area to stay! Chuck was great to deal with and gave us some recommendations on local things to do! Loved the area and the neighbourhood was very peaceful. Enjoyed the pool many days of our stay here. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay again! Thanks Chuck:)

I was so fortunate to find this rental. It is in a peaceful residential neighborhood and I felt safe in the rental as well as walking to the beach for the sunrises. The rental was accurately depicted in the listing. The suite was spacious and I felt very comfortable. The suite has its own private entrance and easy access. The price was very reasonable and the location was easy to find and allowed me to walk to the beach to view the beautiful sunrises. The suite was extremely clean. Furnishings were comfortable. Dawn was a great host. She was proactive and always responded. The personal touch of the baked goods and bottled water was welcoming. I had snacks and breakfast from these baked goods while I stayed. Dawn's informational sheet had important information on the easiest access to the beach as well as restaurant recommendations. Would recommend this rental. I'm glad I found it!

This place was so nice and cozy. Great location and such an amazing host. we could not of found a better place to stay in Orlando. We will definitely be staying here again when we come back to Florida

The apartment is exactly like the pictures! Beautiful, overlooking the beach. It is very clean, beds are super comfortable and kitchen is equipped with everything you may need. Our host was super friendly and ever offered an early check in at no additional cost. He recommended things to do and we ate at every restaurant he recommended, all the food was delicious. The building the apartment is located in is a bit run-down but don't be discouraged as when you walk into this place it feels like you are in a different dimension - it is peaceful and beautiful. I would recommend and stay again!

Efficient, tidy, well-appointed and a short elevator ride to the beach. I’ve stayed in bigger rentals but most weren’t half as well appointed as this unit. Updated, everything you need for the beach and great bath towels. we were able to make breakfast, lunch and dinners. A great, convenient spot for a beach vacation. Highly recommend

This was our second stay at Philip's place. Great location right in the center of town. The place is very roomy and well kept. It's an upstairs apartment in one of the old downtown buildings with stores and restaurants below. Cool place! You have to climb a fairly set of steps to get up to the room. Would stay again.

The condo was very easy to find with ample covered parking. We found the condo-community to be a very family friendly, quiet place to stay. The condo was very clean as were the common areas. The check-in and check-out process was smooth and easy with clear, easy-to-read instructions. The condo is also a very easy walk to a convivence store and restaurants. This will be top on our list for future visits to New Smyrna Beach.

Family of 6 (4kids 10 and up) This place is very private. Friendly environment, pools (2 within 5min), pickle ball courts (grab racquets/ball from dollar store). Easy walk to the beach. Jack supplies EVERYTHING. You can relax. Things we didn’t even think of plus more, even a blender was nice touch. I can’t think of anything he could add. Towels, chairs, wagon for beach, boards, buckets/shovels, pods to get laundry done and run dishwasher. It’s these little things that count, that most places fall short. We brought our own shampoo, Keurig pods but Jack has plenty if needed. You can tell he makes sure there’s more than enough. You really feel at home. We needed to measure my son’s height for rides, Jack had measuring tape. The place is so equipped you feel right at home. We highly recommend this place and hope we can return in the future.

Exactly as pictured! And the hosts were fantastic. They communicated very well and even sent recommendations for restaurants and fun things to do in the area. They encouraged feedback and were very conscious of providing a 5 star stay. I would absolutely stay here again!
