The result was a creation of a 12 mile long lake with a river twisting through the center, all of which you will enjoy from your waters edge dock. The home is at one of Floridas highest elevation points sitting 40ft above sea level which gives you an incredible view of the Indian River. If you look over the neighboring roofline you can spot NASA's VAB building. The home has original charm however does boast modern updated ceramic wood floor and a modern updated kitchen.
