Holiday rentals with a sauna in Delaware River

I had a great stay. The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Jon was friendly, responsive, and made check-in and check-out super easy. I appreciated the clear communication and hospitality throughout my stay. Would definitely stay here again.

Such a perfect location for a weekend in new paltz and the views from the patio/hot tub are absolutely spectacular. Ami was a great host!

Hands down this is absolutely the best curated AirBnb I have ever stayed at! It was worth every dime. From the masterfully coordinated decorations to the turntable and vinyl records, there isn’t a detail that Fannie hasn’t thought of. Spa Lux is absolutely the best name for this amazing romantic getaway. Cozy electric fireplaces in every room set a relaxing vibe for each space. The bathroom with its beautiful tile and glass are one that I want to mimic in my next home. The provided massage table made it easy for us to bring in traveling massage therapists to make it an even more relaxing experience. Fannie helped me have gifts waiting in the space to surprise my special person and it went off without a hitch! This space is everything you want it to be and more. I highly recommend you book now if you are considering it. I wouldn’t hesitate one second to stay here again!

This place is LOVELY! Everything is so walkable-- hikes, cute cafes, restaurants, book stores. The garden is gorgeous and the apartment is squeaky clean. And to boot, Peter is lovely! Some people in town jokingly called him the mayor. He has great advice and is just a vibe. Can't recommend enough!

I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb in Vernon, New Jersey, right by Mountain Creek. The one-bedroom space was exactly as described in the photos—clean, cozy, and inviting. The accommodations, including the pool and hot tubs, and sauna were fantastic and easily accessible. The host was very responsive to messages, making the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. Highly recommend!

We had a fantastic family weekend getaway at Chris’s place. The room was spotless and comfortable, which made us feel right at home. Chris was an outstanding host—very responsive and incredibly informative, providing all the details we needed for a smooth and enjoyable stay. We truly appreciated the extra care he took to ensure we had everything we needed. Highly recommend staying here and would absolutely book again!

Place is really cool and fun. Felt like I was in a resort. My kids absolutely loved it. Pool is so warm we were able to enjoy it even when weather was bad.

Rachel’s place was phenomenal! It was clean and cozy, and perfect for a quick escape from NYC. It was also close enough to be right in downtown Ithaca within minutes. I will definitely be back again!

Chelsea’s place was nice and cozy! I especially loved the real plants, faux fur heavy bedding, an assortment of different pillows, and the giant love sac bean bag. Chelsea was very nice and responsive and offered a free late checkout to wait out an ice storm. Host made sure walkways were cleared and ice melt was put down before checkout, which shows how much they care about their guests and their property. Parking was very easy and in front of the unit, which made it very helpful to carry in our belongings. I felt very safe and secure at this location. Thanks for a great stay Chelsea!

Massimo was the absolute best and sweetest, honest, helpful, generous, considerate person I’ve ever worked with on here. His home was so beautiful, clean, and aesthetically pleasing. He even provided snacks, water, and mash mellows and graham crackers along with the sticks if we wanted to use the onsite bonfire. He thought of everything down to little candy in trays, chocolates , probably the best bed I’ve ever slept in. There was not 1 thing about this trip I could complain about. I bragged to my friends who came over how amazing he was even at responding when I got lost. I’ve recommended him to a few people already so I hope he gets an abundance of business. It was worth every penny. He is an exceptional host and person. I will make it back to stay again. If you’re looking for pure comfort and ease don’t waste a burger second and book ! It is a great location, with plenty of things to do in the immediate vicinity. The unit was quiet, clean, comfortable, and provided everything I needed for a week long stay. The owner was very responsive to any query, and I did not have any issues with the unit during my stay. I'd work with Henry again for a future stay in Vernon, NJ.

Came up from NYC for a chill weekend and the place was perfect. Peaceful with amazing views — exactly what we needed to relax. The room was clean and just like the photos, and all the amenities were great. Would definitely come back!

Such a beautiful spot on the lake!!! We had the most beautiful weekend, the kids loved he pool and the boats, nothing was missing! We would have stayed another week! Jennifer and Jose answered all our messages within a few minutes and were super accommodating. We will definitely be back!

The perfect family vacation.! The house has so many awesome features that even on rainy days we all had a great time. Sylwester was the best host! So responsive and was so nice to communicate with. Any issues or questions were immediately addressed. We will definitely be staying again!

She has gone to great lengths to accurately describe the home in detail so there are no surprises. *Read all of the info she has provided!* Home: * clean * very roomy * well laid out * thoughtfully decorated but not cluttered * very well supplied kitchen and bathrooms * soaking tub 👍👍 * comfortable beds * customizable temps in bedrooms * AMAZING game selection Our visit was in summer; the home would be perfect for wintertime skiing. Our group, just fyi: 9 adults and 1 crawling infant. Two adults are senior citizens who don't handle stairs well, so we planned to stay in, play games, cook our meals, and just enjoy family time. This BNB was perfect for that. Once they took the stairs to get inside, they were very comfortable on the first floor where most of our activity was. The baby gate, high chair, and portable crib were so appreciated.

Very happy with our stay. Responsive and helpful host. Beautiful home and scenery to get away. Surrounded by nature, with deer and geese passing through the property. Had a great time out on the lake using the kayaks and boat available and getting some fishing in.

Great Airbnb! It’s refreshing when an Airbnb is done right. Amazing water views, easy parking outside, thoughtfully and well stocked. Wish we had more time and utilities all that this place can offer. Definitely worth a rebooking. Thank you Benjamin, great job.
