Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Delhi Division

Nitesh was a great host. He took care of our every tiny requests. The place we stayed in had a great balcony and caretaker in the apartment were great too.

Nitin's outer space is commendable! Looks the same as the pictures and description given below. Finding this place was easy and convenient. Great party place. Also, caretaker sushil bhai has been wonderful throughout. Rooms were spacious. All in all a great investment for birthdays and surprises.

My go-to place to stay in Delhi. Can see only green by the large windows, and its super spacious for the price. Sagar is super responsive and has made it very very cozy to stay in. Interiors are very well done and the maid is very regular to help keep it speck clean. And there’s a great Fitpass gym less than 5 min walk away. Just a couple of things: it can get a little warm near the windows on hot days since AC is in the room, and there’s no microwave. But the kitchen is awesomely equipped otherwise and the large fridge and gas stove are a blessing.

The host was responsive and helpful, stay was very much what was put online with all the amenities and worth the prize for such a stay.

The apartment was clean, cozy, and well-equipped with everything I needed — including reliable Wi-Fi and great air conditioning, which was a big plus in the Delhi heat. The location was ideal, with easy access to local markets, shops, and public transport. The host was exceptionally friendly and helpful, always available for any questions and offering great local recommendations. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

I especially appreciated the one thing which stood out for me was how neet and hygienic everything was—from the spotless bathroom to neatly kept kitchen as I eat home cook food, therefore hygiene matters me the most. Very tidy and lovely AirBnb apartment equipped with everything you need. It gave an amazing vibe! A good bed and nice bathroom. Abhinav is a great host and there when you need him. We had a great time. The communication was super easy and quick and the place looks exactly like it does on the pictures. The neighborhood is very conveniently located and although it’s a lively neighborhood the apartment is very quiet! Would absolutely recommend to stay there!

The 1bhk is good sized. The kitchen is very good and easy to use. Zomato and swiggy deliver to the location. Ideal for a party or gathering. Sahil is very proactive and goes out of his way to help. The location is nice and quaint, not too much noise. There is a common verandah outside, where you can stand or sit comfortably. Ample sitting. Comfortable bed. Lots of storage.

The place is nice and justifies the name "The Art Kothi" Helpers appointed also helps you whenever needed. My team and I enjoyed our time spent there and would recommend the place.

This Listing is Very near to H.Nizamuddin railway station and is right adjacent to main road in Kalindi colony. The property is well managed and the staff are friendly. My family had good stay and had all help that is needed though language is an issue. Abhinav is very quick in responding and promises good care of his guests. Must pick for large group.

The villa was exactly as we had seen in the pictures. The stay was good we really enjoyed the space and there were no interruptions whatsoever!

Karthick and his parents are really wonderful hosts. They are very Responsive and helpful. The stay for 6 days was an amazing experience. The room was spacious and comfortable. Everything was prim and proper. Dirty shoes and cheesy smiles has the best interiors I have ever seen hosted on Airbnb The location was easy to find and has a wonderful market nearby The area is very serene and calm, free from the buzz of the city. Definitely a solid 5 stars from my end Will definitely choose again when I come Delhi.
