Holiday rentals with an accessible-height toilet in Delmarva Peninsula

Very clean bedroom and bathroom. Comfortable bed and facing inner garden that is quiet to sleep. You will be sharing the house with other guests; bring ear plugs just in case they talked loudly and woke up early to use bathroom. Quiet and safe surroundings; location was perfect as I was mostly going to a festival in RFK field (20min walk). The bus X2 not far from Keya connects you to Union Station, very convenient. The only drawback I would say is the closest restaurant and supermarket is about 20min walk. Other than that, everything is perfect.

Three Birds Cottage is conveniently located with good restaurants and cute shops within easy walking distance (I think I’ve parked farther from the door of Target) The town in general is very walkable. The cottage has the charm of a seaside getaway from a novel with all the comforts of home. It offers space for the whole family with 3 district seating areas and a dining room table that seats everyone. I particularly enjoyed sitting on the enclosed front porch reading. The host was fantastic: charming, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable about the area.

This was a perfect vacation place for family and friends, every bed room has an attached bathroom which is rear to find, entire house is very clean, spotless, amenities are awesome. There is an electric charger for electric vehicles. All our guests loved it and they are ready to come back to create more memories. Ample parking, very nicely equipped kitchen, TVs on both the floors, great dining table and furniture for your entire group. Overall, it was an awesome place close to beach and many great restaurants.

The house was perfect for our family. Everything was just right, from the bedrooms, to the kitchen, to the proximity to everything to the amenities. The kids loved the perfect-sized bedrooms, and the dog loved being able to come with us. Highly recommend staying here, as the home is taken care of, and it is run by someone that cares about comfort.

This was a great little hide away. Cyrano and family made us feel right at home. Very quiet place and would come again. I am so glad we found this place.

This was a return trip for our family to Sylvia’s Potomac house. Its close enough to DC to enjoy it but far enough for peace and quiet. We have a large family and require wheelchair access and she was very accommodating to our changing needs and had the beds configured as we asked when we arrived. The location is peaceful but jot so remote you cant get delivery services. The house is always well stocked. Sylvia makes staying away from home easier for our family.

Gia was a very response host. Everything was perfect. She offered assistance with everything and was very pleasant.

Check in wasn't a problem. Any issues that came up they responded in a timely fashion. Wifi, pots and pans and the fridge were on point. The bathroom was surprisingly warm which was an unexpected plus when it got colder. Everything else was fine.

Maricel’s place was in the perfect location and was exactly what we were looking for. She was incredibly friendly and responsive. We would definitely stay here again!

This was the perfect place for a weekend in DC with the family. It was in a great location and had enough space for us to spread out.

Michael’s place was central to all our activities in DC as well as in Georgetown. We enjoyed our stay!

Wayne is extremely welcoming and helpful! The space was as described with helpful extras like ample snacks to last us several hours, and spare toothbrushes, shopping bags, etc. in storage. Easy walk to blue/silver lines and with a white noise machine to drown out the occasional knuckleheads playing music in street, it was a peaceful enough area. Will happily return in the future

I travel to DC a couple of times a year for work and usually stay on H street. This was probably my favorite H Street spot. I would stay here again!

The place was clean and quiet, in a nice neighborhood close to Capitol Hill. The kitchen and bathroom weren’t very spacious, but otherwise the place was very clean and comfortable. The host was very responsive and flexible. We really enjoyed our stay.

Location, Location, Location. Super convenient to be right by the boardwalk. Did not hear any noise when went to bed either. of note- the one bathroom is located in the master bedroom. Super responsible host. We had issues with other people parking in the 2 parking spots but one call took care of everything and vehicles were moved. Us knowing OC realize that parking is a premium and we were not upset especially after making a call and they handled everything. Would love to stay again especially for any festival on the beach!

Had a wonderful stay for Boardwalk Rockfest! Location is right at the beach which was an added bonus. Clean, very comfortable beds, nice patio to listen to the ocean at night. Will definately return!

We somehow managed to book this unit somewhat last minute and could not have been more pleased with the location and experience we all had. Was perfect for us and our needs. The only thing I wish it did the was more updated and functional kitchen items. Like can opener that works and cooking utensils/pans/baking sheets that were useable since we make breakfast and lunch in the room each day. I will be taking my own next time to ensure I have what I need to cook meals. Were they useable? Possibly. But not as nice as I expected given how nice the rest of the unit is.

Great location and great place to stay. Very clean and comfortable on the inside. I would recommend staying at this place to my friends and family. Wish my friends and I could’ve stayed longer. Only downside was 1 parking spot and the lot was a little tight. Plenty of street parking, however.

Vladimir has a great airbnb for the price. within 15 minutes of the boardwalk. The airbnb itself has a very modern design with a nice view.

This was the second time staying at this location. Our family loves it! You can walk to the beach, walk in town to all the shops and restaurants. I can't wait to come back! Chesapeake Properties are awesome to deal with. Thank you again for a great weekend!!

Beautiful condo with even greater bay views! Me and my family had a great time celebrating down brigantine in this gorgeous condo. It was stocked with everything we needed and sitting out on the deck was so peaceful and beautiful. The views were awesome! Highly recommend this condo as long as you don’t mind going up 3 flights of steps. My kids are already asking when we can go back again!
