The Marina Bay Hotel & Suites was very comfortable, great location right on the water with great sunset views. Great amenities: laundry room, exercise room, fire pits on the pier, and complimentary breakfast buffet. The staff was super nice and allowed us to plug in our electric car. Fun winter decorations throughout.

What a great experience! Clean, cozy, loved the location by the canal and 2 blocks from the Potomac, right beside an excellent Italian restaurant and within walking distance of all the shops. Based on the pictures, I did expect two queen size beds but our room had one queen and futon. This was not an inconvenience for me though. Maybe I had overlooked something in the description. The check-in kiosk is outside, and we had no problems using it. We had asked for a place to drop off our luggage before the check-in time. When we came at 9 am no one answered the doorbell, but when we tried again after 10 am someone was there to let us in. They had several cupboards available that could easily fit two roller bags each where we could leave our luggage locked and take the key with us. You may want to confirm that someone will be present to answer the doorbell if you request to drop off your luggage early. We’re so thankful for the wonderful experience!

Historic Powhatan Resort is a great place to stay. Clean, beautiful grounds. Pool was lovely, plenty of space, kids side and adults side. Nice Staff. Perfectly located for exploring the area. Close to groceries, good resaurants. Very quiet when we were there, but it probably depends on who is placed next to you. The unit itself was HUGE for 4 of us. We all had our own space if we wanted it. Clean upon check in, some where and tear. Beds very comfy. Kitchen was appointed with just enough tools to function, if you like to cook bring your extra tools and supplies. Ants and millipedes came into the unit at the end the trip, but I assumed it was due to the rains. Locals appreared unphazed, so I guess its a Virginia thing. Tania was responsive on the few questions we had. Totally recommend!!

Will definitely come back we had a great family time. The house is neat and conducive for family set up. Will recommend to anyone who is looking for value for money.

Ruslan and Staff were terrific! Accommodating, great communication. The bed was comfortable, room presented exactly as described, mini freezer/fridge came in handy. Fantastic location - center of action short walk to local attractions. Varsity Inn, a staple if OC right around the corner - bonus!! If another need arises would definitely stay again! If you are going to DC - then this is the place to stay -- outside of the hustle and bustle of DC - steps from the King St Metro station - Super Easy on and off - Near Old town Alexandria - The Wyndham was the perfect spot for our first trip to DC

I definitely recommend this charming B&B! Our room was surprisingly spacious, and the breakfast has just the right amount of variety. If you want a spot with built in options for relaxation, this is a good choice. The pool, lounge, dog run, and outdoor area are well kept. Beach towns are often hard to navigate with a dog, so it was nice to stay somewhere that welcomed our pup and provided dog-friendly recs. That being said, keep in mind that Henlopen State Park is known to be crawling with ticks. This is one of the spots they recommended and it was stressful to learn this by finding our dog crawling with nymphs. We anxiously informed them, worried about stray ticks in our room, only to realize they were unconcerned because they themselves often frequent those same exact trails. It was a comforting response in a way, but I definitely would have preferred a heads up since I’ve only ever known how to deal with ticks in theory. The beaches there were beautiful tho, and entry is cheap!

Lokal was a great place to stay. We went in April right before Easter so it was a little quiet without everything being open and a little cold in Cape May but still had a great time. The pool is really nice and you notice the heat. The rooms were clean, pristine, and modern with a beachy feel. The beach is right across the street and takes less than 2 mins to get to, the mall is about a 6-8 minute walk, and then so much more in between. Highly recommend going to dinner at Primal which is just a 5-6 minute walk down the promenade. Since it wasn't in-season we didn't get tot take advantage of any of the beach amenities, but those seem very useful! The beach tags, extra beach chairs, extra towels, board games, etc. There's a lot of stuff that Lokal provides to make your stay more enjoyable. Will certainly stay here again on our next trip to Cape May!

The studio apartment was very comfortable. Slept like a baby. Very beachy! Highly recommend!

We visit Avalon every summer over Labor Day Weekend to enjoy the beach and the area. Meghan emailed a few days ahead of time with very thorough check-in/out instructions. Meghan's place is right across the street from the Windrift which is perfect. We went over there for snacks and drinks almost every night. The unit was clean and very comfortable. It's small but space is optimized with the L-shaped couch and King sized bed. The unit being right over the pool did result in some noise in the afternoon when families had returned from the beach and the kids were taking their pre-dinner dips, but it was nothing that isn't expected in a summer resort town on LDW. We enjoyed the vibes, but if you are someone who does not appreciate that, maybe consider staying during the off-season instead. Good news is, the bedroom is located at the back of the unit and therefore away from the pool noise if you're needing the post-beach nap. We will absolutely be staying again next summer!

Linda was very clear with her communication whether it was about checking in or answering a question. The room was very clean and also spacious. Upon our arrival we found an information book that told us everything we needed and know. If need be we would definitely stay here again.

For a trip to Busch Gardens, this was perfect. Took less than 10 minutes from leaving the unit, to being parked at Busch Gardens. Susie was very proactive with instructions, the unit was clean and pleasantly decorated, some thoughtful snacks and waters were provided, and the surrounding resort grounds were beautiful. As other reviewers have pointed out, the walls are fairly thin and you hear a lot of noise from the surrounding units. Luckily this never was a nuisance for us during our stay, but we feel like it has the potential to be depending on the neighbors. Besides that one concern, our stay was great! We would definitely choose Susie's listing again!

Loved my stay, would 1,000 percent recommend. Juan was very friendly and knowledgeable of the area. Could be a guide in his own right. The accommodations provided were amazing. Really no complains. Provided us slippers at the entrance the basement was smart powered. Very helpful with his insight. Ooh ! Also I raided his snacks ! So thanks for that . Very clean and comfortable . Left wanting to copy his style to my own home.

I had a lovely stay. Hilary was waiting when we arrived at the desk, very friendly and accommodating. They are always available if anything is needed or you have questions. The room is clean and neat. Very quiet. One block from the beach is very convenient, and a few blocks down there are plenty of stores for shopping on Asbury. I stayed here twice this year and enjoyed it both times very much. I look forward to coming back next year.
