Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Demerara-Mahaica

The Pictures does not do the place justice. It is Huge! It’s on the top floor. (My preference)This Airbnb is located is a quiet and beautiful neighborhood. It’s has a security on premises 24/7. The house inside is huge. Ideal for a large family trip. The self contained rooms were a plus. Just had a minor hiccup that the host and I were able to talk about. She is very responsive and helpful. It’s worth the money! Will stay again.

My stay at Patrick’s place was very comfortable and peaceful. His place was clean, and felt very much at home. I would definitely stay here again next time I’m in Guyana.

Had an incredible stay. I will definitely be back and also I will definitely recommend this apartment to anyone that need somewhere peace and comfortable to stay.

Jennifer is a wonderful person, she met us in the wee hours of the morning. She always smiles and helped us to do what we needed. We really recommend her, it was our first trip to Georgetown and she helped us a lot.

Vanessa is an amazing host. She was always quick to reply and was kind enough to let us check in early/check out late because there weren’t any guests before/after us. Had an internet issue but she was trying to resolve it before I even mentioned it. Place is spacious with 2 bedrooms and clean with hot water (I can’t take cold showers no matter the weather) and washer/dryer. A/c was amazing after a hot and humid day outside. Provided drinking water was a welcome bonus. Place is next to a busy road where you can catch buses into downtown or you can use her suggested taxi guys. I used Quincy who was very social and helpful with suggestions of places to eat and things to do. Close to Botanical garden although the entrance Is on the other side (about 0.75-1 mile away). Walking distance to store markets and places to eat. Golden Pagoda and Grill Kings (takes visa) 5 mins walk away. Would recommend staying here just for the nice and responsive host alone.

I have no complaints. The Short Stay was decent. The hosts are very friendly and easy to communicate with. Parking was available outside. I would stay there again.

Number 27 was further in the property. There was three structures in front of it. My cab driver did find it because he saw it down the pathway between the two properties. it was past midnight when we got there. Everything else was great.!

This was our first time in Guyana. We spent a week doing ministry. This is the perfect place for anyone wanting to do outreach, or for missionary teams. Anthony was extremely helpful, quick to respond, gave us contacts and helped us rent a car. He was right there to help us with whatever we needed. He has several apartments so he accommodate large groups if necessary. We had a super great time and I would definitely stay with him again if we are able to return to Guyana. The area is very nice and we felt safe. There is also a mall and supermarket about 7 minutes from his house. You will love working with Anthony, he is a super nice guy!

This place appeared to be almost too good to be true, everything looked exactly like the pictures. Roopraj is the most considerate and pleasant host. He gave us all the information we required and was very accommodating and gave prompt answers to any inquiries. You have everything necessary in the kitchen. It was nice that each room in the house was equipped with ac units. The beds are comfortable and the bathrooms were spacious and clean. The best part was the game room where they had board games plus a poker table. It had a luxurious feeling from the dining room, great room and kitchen which was a nice touch. This house was exactly what we were looking for. Roopraj went above and beyond to ensure we had a relaxing and enjoyable stay. We would definitely be coming back!

Great choice for Georgetown. Very close to Marriott and Chang’s restaurant for meals. We stayed three nights. There is a problem with most windows with broken handles and poorly fitting frames prevent opening , one internal door links to another apartment’s bathroom which felt strange when it was being used but neither unduly affected our stay. As stated in description no hot water in bathroom but can use kettle to provide for washing etc.

Sabita’s place was a delight - better than the photos. The rooms are spacious and have their own bathrooms. Each room has an iron, ironing board and blow dryer. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you could need - dishes, cups and cutlery; also basic cooking supplies and lots of appliances. Sabita was kind enough to provide water, fruits and some crackers when we arrived. The apartment is conveniently located - close enough to Georgetown and to the East Coast. Gift land Mall is very close and Movietown Mall is closeby also. The place is very secure so we felt safe. Sabita met us when we arrived to show us around and wanted to do a walk through when we left. We were sorry we didn’t get to say goodbye as Sabita is a very nice and easy going person. She was very easy to contact and checked in regularly. There were a few friendly street dogs around. Please feed them if you can.

As someone who has stayed at many Airbnbs, this house was memorable. You walk through the front door and right away the energy is just perfect. My family and I had a great stay. The house is very spacious and CLEAN— we felt comfortable and right at home. The house has all the essentials amenities including washer and dryer. The kitchen also has everything you need if you plan on cooking. The beds are comfortable and are in huge rooms; two of the rooms have en suites. Even the yard is a great space to relax if you want to catch some breeze. The location is a short drive from the heart of GT. There’s a supermarket a hop and a skip away. Yvonne was very QUICK to respond when I had questions. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. I could go on and on. Overall 10 out of 10. I would stay here again and would recommend to others. It was an ideal accommodation for our group of 7 adults and 2 kiddos.

Anna was great . This air b n b was perfect for a vacation in Georgetown . It’s about a hour away from the Georgetown airport but right next to restaurants , food & the Georgetown party scene . Anna was always on call and avaliable for us . Give this air b n b a 10/10 . Will definetly reccomend and will be staying here again when i come back to Georgetown next year !

Great place, clean safe area, host responds quickly and get things done asap for a few minor issues we had. Overall would recommend.

I would like to say thank you to my hosts Allister and Kevin for making me feel welcomed during my stay. Kevin was very understanding and accommodating of my early check in, while Allister managed to check in periodically during my stay. This was my second time, but definitely not my last. My home away from home.

Keeron has been nothing more than a gracious host. We felt right at home. The house is spacious and homely and the neighbors are friendly.
