We had a great stay - the weather was uncooperative, but having such a beautiful house really helped. The pool and hot tub were great, as was the built-in grill. There was plenty of space for everyone and having 4 bathrooms was great when everyone was getting ready.

Joshua's place was the PERFECT place for our dad's 70th birthday! The 9 kids had an amazing time between the pool and game barn there was constant entertainment for all ages! If you have a big family/group this is the spot!

Alena's place had everything we needed for a lovely week on the Cape. Great pool and location between Mayflower and Dennis Village. My daughter loved the home's bright airy playroom and it kept us sane and entertained on a couple of rainy days. Would definitely visit again!

We loved are family stay at Paul & Katie’s home for Easter Week. It is a dream home . The neighborhood was beautiful and walkable, with a peaceful path to a private beach. We enjoyed the shops and restaurants in Mashpee Commons about an 8 minute drive away.

Great house, plenty of areas for everyone to have their own space. college boys loved the games in he house when it was chilly, and also enjoyed outdoors, while parents had plenty of space and peace and quiet when needed. Dinner and watching sports on TV together was also easy, as space is really great. Lucia is as solid of a communicator as any host we've had, she was terrific and helpful. Of course, the Cape and Chatham is a terrific area to visit. Would definitely rent this house again and anything Lucia has.

Walt's place was the perfect spot for a weekend bachelorette getaway. The place was stocked with all the basic necessities and the outdoor area + pool was top notch. Walt was super accommodating and communicative. Would 100% recommend to anyone looking for a quiet peaceful place to stay on the Cape!

This house was spectacular. More amenities than I would have ever thought of. Gorgeous interior and exterior. The surrounding neighborhood is in need of regentrification but it’s extremely safe and quiet. Once in the home., it’s an oasis. Probably the best Airbnb I’ve stayed in (sample size about 10) Tony is extremely responsive and helpful. This was the perfect home for my daughter’s bridal party to get ready in and shoot pre wedding photos in. Also amazingly comfortable for my large family to stay in for the long weekend.

Check-in was smooth, and the host provided clear instructions throughout. The neighborhood was quiet and convenient, with easy access to local attractions and restaurants. Everything went so smoothly from check in to check out. There was so many other things that made that air bnb feel like home. We will most certainly be back!

We enjoyed our stay, I’m aware we went off season so it was extra peaceful which was nice. This bnb is conveniently located as far as exploring Cape Cod and is within a walkable distance to two beaches (around .7 -.9 miles) and restaurants. The listing was as described and there was efficient communication and they give you an E Book prior to your stay to learn all about accommodations of the home and recommendations of things to do. I’m sure during the summer it’s a little more fun as a lot was closed for the season. Loved the back patio, fire pit and outdoor shower!

This IS the place to stay if you’re visiting Cape Cod. 1. Located on the south side of Dennis on the bay makes it an easy drive anywhere you want to explore. 2. The home is amazing! I fell in love at first sight. From the light fixtures to the coasters set on the tables, this Airbnb made you feel like you were definitely living 5 star quality. The view to the bay is beautiful as well. 3. The kitchen is setup well. Everything you need (plus) is available. 4. CLEAN. Everything. 5. Most importantly, the hosts, who went above and beyond to make sure your stay is welcoming, comfortable, and memorable. Thank you

Very responsive when any issue arose, all of which were minor. Sitting on deck out back and watching the wildlife was peaceful and wonderful. Living area and bedroom, including the beds, were all very comfortable.

This was a great place to stay. The house was just the right size for our family of 4 (two young kids). The fenced in yard with shade structure and yard games were great. We spent a lot of time playing outside. We initially got the place because of the proximity to the beach, and it is a nice short walk to the beach, but ultimately this beach wasn’t quite the right fit for our kids (ages 3 and 1) so we ended up going to a beach on the north side of the Cape instead, which was a better fit. We were really grateful for the chairs and beach toys, which we used when we went to the beach. The beach umbrella wasn’t in great shape, and with a little breeze it wasn’t usable. Also there were a couple shelves in the house that were either broken (medicine cabinet in bathroom) or missing a pin and so unusable (in the kitchen) but these were minor issues and didn’t affect the quality of our stay. All in all, we had a good time!

Carrie’s home was amazing! Very close to the beach and we were able to walk to the Ocean House for dinner which was incredible. The beds were extremely comfortable and everything was as pictured. We would love to visit again.

This house was absolutely beautiful! So clean and perfect space for a little get away! Such a great location and walkable to our favorite spots! John was so nice and responsive! Would definitely stay here again!

Great little beach house for girl’s weekend. The beach was so close and it was a short drive to shops, ice cream (also walkable) and good food. We especially loved the screen porch where we spent our evenings playing cards. Beds were all comfortable, house was well stocked with helpful things and the driveway fit 3 cars! Perfect getaway!

This is a true hidden gem. A stones throw from one of the best raw bars in Yarmouth (or Cape Cod for that matter), literally steps (like 5 steps right out the slider) from the beach, stunning views and sunsets. Very clean and cozy cottage, and our host was excellent. The value was also incredible. Very central in Cape Cod, meaning anything you want to do besides Provincetown is 30 mins or less in any direction. Yarmouth had a charm of its own, especially for a family with young children. Lots of kids activities within 5 minutes. A+++

Great place. Clean, well stocked, great location. Wonderful for a big family. If your thinking of booking, just do it. Walk to beaches, restaurants, ice cream, beach bars. Perfect cape escape.

We loved this cute cottage!! It was beautifully refurbished, all brand new. Bed linens and towels were luxurious and a gorgeous kitchen with everything you could need. It had lots of extras including beach towels and chairs. The house was very peaceful and private in-spite of its unique location. We will definitely stay again and highly recommend this beautiful Cape Cod cottage!

We loved our stay here! Spent the weekend with our two young children and the house had everything we could need and more. It was walking distance to the beach and near great restaurants. Victoria also provided a list of local recommendations which we took a few of and loved them all! Would recommend staying here.

This was an amazing place to stay in Cape Cod! We could walk to the beach, and they had chairs and sand toys as well as a wagon and beach towels which made the experience even better! It was a well stocked house and we were able to settle in quickly and comfortably. Natasha was great at communicating with us, even reaching out to offer early check in before we could even ask! Highly recommend

This is a beautiful property, in a great location. Beach is literally 3 minutes up the road. Michelle was helpful, responsive and quick when we had issues. She also was ready with a list of recommendations on places to eat, each one we tried was great as well! Would definitely book again if we came back to the Cape.
