Ronduit great! Tastefully decorated, the clearest water in the world, air conditioning in the bedroom came in handy, perfect location, delicious fresh bakery around the corner, department store within walking distance, use of the subs possible,…. Highly recommended!!

Stunning apartment with a incredible view and the best hosts. The garden is beautiful and the apartment has everything you could need. The apartment is a bit out of town but we managed the walk and taxis are available and cheap and the hosts helped us with these. We would recommend staying here and would hope to visit next time we are back.

The spaces are very nice and warm. A very quiet and pleasant place to spend a few days. At the house you will be accompanied by dogs and a very nice cat! You will find a wide variety of wildlife, which constantly reminds you that you are in the middle of nature.

Marko and Marica were gracious, friendly and fantastic hosts. The property was immaculately maintained, very well prepared and with a superbly equipped. The location is fantastic, so peaceful and with a great relaxing atmosphere. Marko met us at the nearby petrol station to show us how to get to the property including how to navigate the tight corner. The first drive up and down was quite tricky but was fine after that and no problem in a large SUV. Highly recommended place, very good location to explore Kotor Bay from and an oasis of calm where time slows down.

Jovica and his family's house has an amazing location and an amazing pleasure area. We made the right choice to stay here. It was a wonderful experience to be by the sea. Everything was spotlessly clean and very attentive. Jovica and his family welcomed us very warmly, helped us a lot and made us feel at home. We had rented a car but it was great to have a meat and fish restaurant right behind the house and a restaurant with delicious shellfish just a short walk away! There is also a small market within walking distance of the house for basic needs. It was a wonderful experience to enjoy the sea during the day, the stars at night and the beauty of Kotor Bay. I booked the house for my parents and their friends, à group of five. The house is big and comfort, have everything may need during the stay. It is in a relatively more quiet area but you may easy access to popular spots with less than 30 min drive. There is also ferry access allows you to get to Budva and Tivat easier. It’s a good stay to explore Montenegro

We’ve just got home from a lovely week. The villa is lovely, spacious and airy with everything needed for a comfortable stay. Some fabulous places to visit nearby. Car is essential. Lots of homely touches at the villa and a good sized pool area to enjoy. Excellent value for money and would definitely consider visiting again.

Very nice place! Milan was very friendly and a good communicator. There is a grocery market nearby and the sea is a 5 minute walk. Highly recommend!

Beautiful home, perfect location, and wonderful hosts! You feel like you're living in a movie set this home is so gorgeous. Sparkling clean, beautifully furnished and an amazing terrace with a hot tub that sits directly on the bay. You can relax, watch the boats (including cruise ships) make their way through the bay. If you leave the curtains open at night, you can wake to a beautiful view from the large king bed. Kitchen is well equipped and the place is every bit as beautiful as the pictures. The location is great. Just a few steps to the ferry (free for walkers) and you can be on the other side of the bay in 10 minutes. You can easily access everything from this lovely village (Tivat, Kotor, Prerast, Herceg Novi, Porto Novi and Budva) by bus. Finally, our hosts were the best we've ever had. They really went out of their way to make our stay comfortable and fun. We hadn't planned to come back but might now just to stay there and see them again. HIGHEST RECOMMENDATION!

We had a great stay, the view from the pool is incredible. The house is equipped with ever that you need for a short stay, there is cute little beach and a great restaurant Tramontana beach bar with amazing food and views within walkable distance.

A wonderful quiet place with a magnificent view of the bay. Simple cozy apartment with everything you need for living. The bed is very comfortable. Very nice and responsive host! The apartment is accessed by a very steep staircase, if that is important to someone. The Internet works great. We will definitely come back here!

Perfect. A little far from Kotor on foot. But we had the car. A little off-road, but then it's perfect. The apartment is great. Thank you.

We had a wonderful stay. Lavender Bay is a beautiful place with great facilities. It’s peaceful and within walking distance to some great restaurants and shops. The views are amazing! Stefan's property is wonderful and has beautiful views of the bay only thing that may be an issue for some is it is not walkable to Kotor as footpaths disappear at some points along the narrow road into Kotor requiring us to get Taxis to get around which was not a bother for us.

Stevo and his wife were very friendly and helpful, and the apartment itself is best of the best, cozy & modern interior, small garden from the kitchen side and just 2 minutes walk to the sea, definitely recommend!
