We loved this place. The space was clean and welcoming. Neighborhood is quite nice as well. Easily walkable to plenty of restaurants and entertainment. I would absolutely stay here again! Nothing but good things to say.

Would definitely stay again. This little carriage house apartment was just what we needed for a few days. It was well stocked and clean. Cheryl provided games and books and lots of brochures about the local area. It was very quiet. Highly recommend.

This was a wonderful place to call home for my visit. The location is amazing--very close to a busy area with lots to do (great coffee and beer!) but the home was private and quiet. It's also steps to the beautiful City Park. The place was even more spacious than I imagined and everything was clean and well set up. I had a great stay and would love to come back!

Our stay here was very comfortable, roomy, and private. Similar listings are hard to come by within the same price range and other amenities. Location was actually perfect for us being in between red rock amphitheater and downtown Denver. Being underneath their main home was really quiet on the contrary to what you would imagine if you were living below someone in an apartment. Let alone the neighborhood they stay in which was just the same. They really did do an amazing job planning out the layout for guest to stay in, there’s pretty much everything you need and more.

Me and my wife LOVED this stay! The private hot tub and sauna were to die for! We kept talking about how we’d love to come back and stay again! Do yourself a favor and book your nights here and melt your stress away in the hot tub!

Great quiet neighborhood but close to everything you need from supermarkets to scenic drives to national parks. Place was very clean and had everything needed for a great stay. Private entrance and space

We loved our stay at Chris’s and Gretchen’s place. The home itself is beautiful, inside and out! The place was super clean and comfortable, and the linens were crispy white. It has every amenity you need, including perforated wavy toilet paper (little touches like this are noticeable and appreciated:-) Gretchen was very attentive and checked in to see if we needed anything halfway through our stay and the best part, we didn’t need to do anything on checkout besides RELAX. We would most definitely stay again and recommend it to anyone traveling to Denver.

I enjoyed my stay at Alexandra's. I love the fact that I could walk to the park, and the Botanical Garden. They have a fob to get in for free. I spend a whole day there and another evening. I felt very safe. The coffee shop my daughter works at was around the corner. Everything was great and I would definitely stay here again if able.

This spot was exactly what we needed! From the location being convenient, all the amenities and privacy. The host was very kind and communicated well, would definitely stay here again!

Had a great visit to CO, didn’t spend a lot of time in the city but this location was definitely close to restaurants and other walkable businesses. Drove more outside of city to scenic attractions and smaller towns. Love the area with plenty to do!

Leslie and Dale were awesome! They were very friendly and accommodating. They even provided us with some farm-fresh eggs and some pastries from a local bakery. We highly recommend staying at their very interesting property, which gets power from solar panels. Reading the magazine article about their property (located in the rental instructions book they provide in the living room) was quite fascinating. Also, being 6 miles from Red Rocks, this is a great place to stay when visiting town for an outdoor concert there. You won't be disappointed!

We had the best time and experience at Justin’s home. It was very inviting the decoration was amazing! We definitely recommend this place for anyone wanting their own secluded place right near Denver!

Our stay was everything we hoped for. The apartment felt like a home away from home with luxury. The shower was my favorite part. The location is far enough away from the action to be quiet but close enough to be accessible to everything by foot and scooter. We will be back!

Cute little place! As mentioned, the ceilings are low, but I’m short enough that it was okay. The bed was really comfortable. Had all I needed for a short weekend trip. Wanda came down to say hi the first morning and was very friendly.

I started my Denver journey at this place and I couldn’t have asked for a nicer way to start it. Had the peace and everything you need for a stay. Christine was always responsive , never took her more than a few minutes to get back with helpful instructions and help and it just felt comfortable.
