Salil's place was awesome! My group really enjoyed the outdoor patio that is loaded with high-quality, new furniture as of June 2025. The property is located just outside of downtown and is really quiet while being very close to a lot of cool restaurants, bars, and other entertainment. In addition to the location, the tri-fold mattresses that were provided were very comfortable and certainly helped extend the number of people that this place can comfortably sleep. I would definitely consider booking this place again if I end up back in the area and would recommend it for others.

What a beautiful home! We rented for the night instead of two hotel rooms for a concert at Empower. Everything was super clean, very well appointed and organized. Salimah clearly anticipates the needs of his guests, and he communicated quickly. We cooked in for dinner and breakfast and the kitchen has absolutely everything you’d need. Would happily stay here again! Thank you for sharing your home with us, Salimah!

Leon's home is great. The Sunnyside neighborhood is a great place to stay, my brother used to live in the neighborhood and have stayed in the area for previous visits. The area has great restaurants, bars, breakfast places, and coffee shops all within walking distance. Plenty of on street parking. Not taking off any stars for this but just something to be mindful of is there are some stairs to get into the home and there are stairs to go to the second and third floors. The third floor is where the rooftop patio is. I wish we got a chance to hang out on the patio but it was raining. Next time I am in Denver I will absolutely consider staying at Leon's home again.

The place was amazing, and Jordan is great! We were a little shocked to see that the 3rd bed was a blowup mattress, as the photos hid it pretty well.

Kat was a wonderful, responsive host and we loved staying here. Location was super convenient, some great delis and food spots within walking distance. The house was great, with cool art, and all the amenities we needed. Thanks for having us!

We stayed with our 1.5 and 3 year old boys, had a very late night check-in but getting in with the instructions and putting everyone to bed was so easy and seamless. The big sectional was great for family snuggles, and the location was central to amenities and places to take kids. We hope to book again the next time we’re in the Denver area!

This was an excellent location for us (we were coming to Denver for a professional conference). The apartment was pristine, well-organized and stuffed with wonderful amenities. Each of the 3 floors has a bedroom and bathroom, which was perfect for our needs. We did not use many of the smart aspects of the house, but there were easy ways to turn these tools on and off. For those of us with long hair, we *really* appreciated the dyson hair dryer (honestly, staying here made me seriously consider buying one for home). We also had to check in a little early, and Mark made the check-in process incredibly easy. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

The place was great! I had 2 nights of really amazing sleep and everything was clean and just as described/pictured. The neighborhood was cool, lots of things in walking distance. Street parking only, but we always found a spot for our two cars right in front. Definitely recommend.

Great place to stay and was extremely cozy. Can easily handle 2 couples. Amanda was also very helpful and responded quickly to all of our questions.

My friends and I had an excellent time at this Airbnb. The place was spacious, comfortable, and very clean. It was also super quiet and peaceful, which made it feel like a true retreat. The hosts were understanding and communicative, which made the whole experience even better. The location is great—close enough to downtown and Red Rocks to enjoy all the local attractions, but far enough to feel away from the hustle and bustle. Several of my friends mentioned they'd love to stay here again if the opportunity arises! Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful and comfortable stay with great hosts!

location was no more than 10 minutes from everywhere which made things so convenient. host was very responsive and helpful. will definitely be booking again for future denver trips.

Nicholas’ place was GREAT! Terrific walkable location- the unit was super clean. Modern, clean lines “chic” decor. Not frilly or fussy, instead tasteful decorations, and comfortable. Would stay there again in a flash!!!!

This home is perfectly located between Denver, Boulder, and Red Rocks which made for a diverse range of exploration. The games and cruisers are a great addition and added another level of fun to our experience. Communication took a little longer than anticipated at times but we had an overall great experience and would definitely stay here again.

This house was spotless and didn’t have a “walk in smell” lol! The kitchen was very stocked with appliances , seasonings, cups! Washer and dryer with laundry detergent! Everyone communicated and responded to my inquiries. Made us feel like home, we had to check out early since our family in Denver wanted to take us to the mountains on our last day. I highly recommend this place. We enjoyed staying here five stars all across the board!!!

We stayed here for the weekend to see a show at Red Rocks Amphitheater. Location is ideal, about 20 min from Red Rocks. Super easy to get to. Home was stunning, spacious, and clean. The only thing is the 2nd floor where the bedrooms are is warm even with the AC on, but thankfully the rooms had fans and that helped. We would definitely recommend this place and would stay here again!

The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described in the listing. The check-in process was smooth, and the host was friendly and responsive throughout my stay. The location was convenient, with easy access to local attractions, restaurants, and public transportation. I’d definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area and would be happy to stay here again!

This was an incredible bnb in every way. Walkable to mile high stadium and so much more within the city. The inside looked just like the pics and was very clean. Rooftop had an incredible view of the downtown area to the east and the mountains to the west. The single stall garage was small (the description prepared us for that) but our rav4 fit decent enough. Kelly was very proactive with instructions prior to check in and check out. The train had a stop a block from the bnb and would be super convenient if you wanted to use it. We didn’t hear the train at all for those concerned about that. Very satisfied !

Our stay was great. Vanessa was extremely responsive and helpful. Place was clean and comfortable. Perfect for two couples. The location was within 15 minutes of almost eveything we wanted to do in town.
