Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Deogyang-gu

Beautiful property in a great part of Seoul. it was cosy, comfortable and beautifully decorated. every appliance was new or nearly new and more than adequate. bed were great for sleep after a day exploring your surroundings. bathroom was very high quality and spotlessly clean. the whole place was a dream, so sad to have to leave, but already planning our next visit! Thank you Letoh!!!!

It was a very happy experience to stay so perfectly at a cost of 25,000 won per person! It was nice to be close to Kintex and have an outlet nearby!

This was honestly a dream location. I could not have asked for a better experience. Everything was beautiful and immaculate while still feeling cozy and very much like home. Hosu is very kind and offered excellent recommendations for not only restaurants but historical sites and experiences as well. I will definitely stay here on my next visit to South Korea.

From the moment I entered, I was amazed by the host's aesthetic. I use Airbnb quite often, but this was one of the prettiest, and the surroundings were nice to walk around! And the restaurants recommended by the host were all so delicious, so I had a good time.

Love, love, love! Extremely responsive and friendly host who even went out of their way to provide updated local food recommendations in the neighbourhood, and accommodated our early check-in request. The hanok was a perfect blend between modernity and tradition, and sparkly clean as well! Do note that the walk to the accommodation from the station is quite steep and that the neighbourhood is rather quiet at night. Would recommend to others & stay again in the future if possible! Perfect for someone staying alone. Everything you need is around you with streetfood, convenience stores, Olive Young, restaurants, and street food. Hotteok across the street was so good! Building is very new, room has so much storage, and I was provided with an umbrella and hair straightener which no other place has provided.

I was looking for a place to stay for the Minions Marathon (World Cup Stadium Peace Park), and I booked here and stayed, but I'm so satisfied!!! It's really close to the World Cup stadium, so you can arrive for 6-7,000 won by taxi. But the building itself is new, so the accommodation is clean, and the host said that he changes the bedding all the time, so it's even cleaner!! Netflix, etc. (we only use Netflix) ott, so I rested well while lying down and watching a drama!! There is a hair straightener and a👍🏻 hair dryer, and toothpaste and toothbrush are personal items!!~~ There's a convenience store right in front, so it's good to just buy it and enter. There are a lot of restaurants and bars nearby, so you don't have to worry about what to eat, and it seemed like there was a park next to it, and there were a lot of people walking! So the view is green.🍃 So, the conclusion: I highly recommend visiting the World Cup Stadium!!!!

A friend's family came up from the countryside and made a reservation, and they said that it was so clean, the accommodation was nice, and they had a comfortable stay, so I'm proud of myself for making the reservation:) Next time an acquaintance comes up, I plan to make a reservation again!

Amazing place.

Great location with numerous restaurants in the area, and access to multiple subway lines as well! The place was quaint and the small touch of setting up the radio to Seoul’s classical music station was really nice. We can’t wait to come back for another trip in the future!

The place is quiet and spacious compare to the other airbnb's in seoul. Definitely very worth the buck. It may be quite far from the central seoul but it is very accessible to subway line 4. Convenience stores and a lot of restaurants nearby.

We loved our stay at the loft! Thank you Heezin for being quick and available even for questions not related to the accommodation. The apartment could not be better prepared for visitors, everything is available and high quality and beautiful. The view on one side is city lights and reaches all the way to Seoul Tower, on the other side is the green bamboo clad mountain. Which you by the way can walk up, there are walk ways up the mountain right next doors. We loved the neighbourhood and its low key hipster vibe. It’s a lived-in place, and all conveniences are available. People are lovely. Bus 9 takes you down the mountain to town and to the shops if you feel the elevation is challenging. Departs every ten minutes from next door. You should take care if you are really tall, since the apartment is in levels and you risk bumping your head on the loft platform. Nothing would make us hesitate to come back! Hopefully we will be able to in the future.

It was a very pleasant stay, very close to Hongdae, I think Hongdae is the best place to visit, and the homestay is very close to the subway station bus station, so it is very convenient to stay here.The homestay is very cozy and feels very homey. The room is not the same as a normal homestay. There are kitchen utensils, washing machine, dryer, laundry detergent, and even curling hair sticks. It is super friendly to girls, and the surrounding environment is very quiet. At night, you don't have to worry about being noisy.The host is also huge and responsive.It's very hard to walk around, and I'll definitely stay here again next time I come.

Great place, feels right at home. Has all the kitchen amenities that you need to cook.

I can't say that the price is cheap, but it's right in front of the opposition party station, so the infrastructure is good, clean and comfortable.

Place is exactly as pictured. Cozy and has all the essentials. There is a bus stop right in front so super convenient to get around. <5 min walk to Hongdae. You're right near the action but not so close that its too loud. Great location everything you need is right there. I would definitely stay here again.

My family and I had a very pleasant and comfortable stay at Chris's place. The place was beautiful and we felt right at home after being out all day. Getting around was very easy with subway station located just right in front of the building and walkable distances to many places near by. As soon as we walked in on our first night, my family thanked me for finding such a beautiful place for our vacay in Seoul. Thank you for making our stay so comfortable and at home. We will definitely be back!!
