Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Deogyang-gu

Beautiful property in a great part of Seoul. it was cosy, comfortable and beautifully decorated. every appliance was new or nearly new and more than adequate. bed were great for sleep after a day exploring your surroundings. bathroom was very high quality and spotlessly clean. the whole place was a dream, so sad to have to leave, but already planning our next visit! Thank you Letoh!!!!

This was honestly a dream location. I could not have asked for a better experience. Everything was beautiful and immaculate while still feeling cozy and very much like home. Hosu is very kind and offered excellent recommendations for not only restaurants but historical sites and experiences as well. I will definitely stay here on my next visit to South Korea.

Love, love, love! Extremely responsive and friendly host who even went out of their way to provide updated local food recommendations in the neighbourhood, and accommodated our early check-in request. The hanok was a perfect blend between modernity and tradition, and sparkly clean as well! Do note that the walk to the accommodation from the station is quite steep and that the neighbourhood is rather quiet at night. Would recommend to others & stay again in the future if possible! Thanks for having us :)

제가 숙소를 여기저기 다양하게 가보는 걸 좋아해서 사실 재방문은 잘 안 하는 편인데, 이곳은 정말 오랜만에 재방문하고 싶다는 생각이 드는 곳이었어요. 연인이랑 두 명이서 방문했는데 무척 넓고, 쾌적한 공간이었습니다. 다음에는 어머니들 모시고ㅎㅎ 혹은 친구들이랑 가봐도 너무 좋을 것 같아요~ 우선 사장님 응답도 빠르시구, 넘넘 친절하셨습니다 :) 빔프로젝터도 아주 크고 선명하게 나와서 영화 보는 맛이 나더라구요! 그리고 제법 이색적인(?) 구조가 참 마음에 들었는데요. 두 명이다 보니 다락방까지 이용을 하지는 않았지만 다락방 감성도 있고~ 방이랑 화장실, 데스크 등 공간이 잘 분리되어 있어서 저도 다음에 이런 구조로 집을 마련하고 싶다는 생각이 들었거든요. 개인적으로 바로 직전에 이용했던 에어비앤비 숙소의 상태가 무척 안 좋았어서ㅜㅜ 충격 받았었는데,, 이번에는 생각했던 것보다 오히려 더 마음에 들어서 반대의 상황이네요 ㅠㅎㅎ 아무튼 여러분, 일산 오신다면 아늑맨션 추천 드려요 ^^*

Truly an unforgettable experience ending my Korea trip by staying at this beautiful hanok. The host went above and beyond to provide snacks for us and make us feel very welcome. The location was also very convenient. I would definitely recommend booking your stay here, especially if you want to experience staying at a hanok!

Coco's place is conveniently located near SamSong subway station and various restaurants.

Perfect for someone staying alone. Everything you need is around you with streetfood, convenience stores, Olive Young, restaurants, and street food. Hotteok across the street was so good! Building is very new, room has so much storage, and I was provided with an umbrella and hair straightener which no other place has provided.

미니언즈 마라톤(월드컵경기장 평화의공원) 하러 숙소 알아보다 여기 예약해서 숙박했는데 너무너무 만족입니다!!! 월드컵 경기장이랑 진짜 가까워서 택시비 6-7천원이면 도착해요ㅠㅠㅠㅠ 근데 건물자체가 신축이라 숙소컨디션을 말할것도 없이 깨끗한데다 호스트님이 침구도 맨날 갈아준다고 하니 더더 깔끔 그자체입니다!! 넷플릭스 등등(저희는 넷플릭스만 사용) ott 있어서 누워서 드라마 보며 잘 쉬었어요!! 고데기랑 드라이기도 있고👍🏻 칫솔치약은 개인구비 입니다!!~~ 앞에 편의점이 바로 있어서 그냥 사서 입실하면 굿입니다. 근처에 밥집 술집 등등 많아서 뭐먹을지 고민 안해도 되고 옆이 공원인거같더라구여 산책하는 사람들도 많았어요! 그래서 뷰도 초록초록합니당🍃 그래서 결론 : 월드컵경기장 방문하시는 분들 진짜 왕왕강추입니다!!!!

June was such a friendly and helpful host - and super responsive. The apartment is fantastic, great size for 4 people easy. Great kitchen, everything modern. Huge smart TV. There is an amazing bodybuilding gym a 1 minute walk away. Islan train station 1 minute walk away. Convenience stores both directly behind and out front of the complex. Everything was great

깨끗하고 쾌적한 실내에 예쁜 디피. 통창 너머 낮밤 호수공원 경치가 눈을 아주 호강시켜줍니다. 마트와 공원 그리고 식당등이 인접해 있어서 지내기 너무 편했습니다. 친절한 응대는 덤이었구요. 기분좋게 지내다 갑니다. 다음에도 꼭 다시 방문하려구요 감사합니다

Amazing place.

Great location with numerous restaurants in the area, and access to multiple subway lines as well! The place was quaint and the small touch of setting up the radio to Seoul’s classical music station was really nice. We can’t wait to come back for another trip in the future!

The place is quiet and spacious compare to the other airbnb's in seoul. Definitely very worth the buck. It may be quite far from the central seoul but it is very accessible to subway line 4. Convenience stores and a lot of restaurants nearby.

We loved our stay at the loft! Thank you Heezin for being quick and available even for questions not related to the accommodation. The apartment could not be better prepared for visitors, everything is available and high quality and beautiful. The view on one side is city lights and reaches all the way to Seoul Tower, on the other side is the green bamboo clad mountain. Which you by the way can walk up, there are walk ways up the mountain right next doors. We loved the neighbourhood and its low key hipster vibe. It’s a lived-in place, and all conveniences are available. People are lovely. Bus 9 takes you down the mountain to town and to the shops if you feel the elevation is challenging. Departs every ten minutes from next door. You should take care if you are really tall, since the apartment is in levels and you risk bumping your head on the loft platform. Nothing would make us hesitate to come back! Hopefully we will be able to in the future.

很愉快的一次入住体验，离弘大很近，我觉得弘大是最好逛的一片，而且民宿离地铁站公交站都很近，所以住这边非常的方便。民宿很温馨，很有家的感觉，房间里应有尽有，跟普通的民宿不一样，有厨具，洗衣机，烘干机，洗衣液，甚至还有卷发棒，对女生超级友好，而且周围环境也非常好，很安静，晚上睡觉根本不用担心会吵。房东人也巨好，有求必应的那种。走的时候非常不舍得，下次来一定还住这里。

가격이 저렴하다고 할수는 없지만 그래도 야당역 바로 앞에 있어서 인프라가 좋고 깔끔하고 편합니다

Place is exactly as pictured. Cozy and has all the essentials. There is a bus stop right in front so super convenient to get around. <5 min walk to Hongdae. You're right near the action but not so close that its too loud. Great location everything you need is right there. I would definitely stay here again.

Our family stayed here for 5 days and really enjoyed the space. The house is big enough for us and the 3 kids to spread out. The 2 bathrooms are so very useful. This was the feature that was hard to find in Seoul. The area is quiet and peaceful. CU is nearby for us to zip over for a quick snack/drink run. The restaurants row nearby was a plus. Mr. Hong recommended some very good restaurants which we enjoyed. He also called a big taxi service to the airport for us. The van was big, clean, smell good, and the driver arrived early. Overall, a very reliable transportation service.
