Спасибо большое хозяину, был очень вежлив и отвечал на сообщения быстро🙏🏻 Мы остановились на месяц, в доме было все для того чтобы мы могли жить, со всеми удобствами. Есть бассейн, тренажерный зал, так же в самом жилом комплексе имеется магазин, кофейни. Если немного пройтись, то есть большой торговый центр. Нам это очень понравилось. Мы ни разу не пожалели, что остались в этом доме на месяц. Всем рекомендуем. А так же хотелось бы подметить, тот факт что хозяин хороший человек. Когда мы выезжали, забыли ноутбук. Хозяин нам на такси отправил, мы за это очень благодарны🙏🏻 таких хороших, чутких, благородных людей в наше время мало, спасибо вам большое господин Irvan🙏🏻

The place was near to mall and the beach

we stayed at Salma's place for our holiday. the place was great, just next to plenty of restaurant and supermarket.salma was super responsive and caring. highly recommended

очень красивая и уютная квартира, жили мы семьёй с детьми, все в восторге. крутой комплекс рядом, вход Тула прям из дома, рядом улица ресторанов. все очень хорошо

I came here for a family vacation and it turned out that everyone really liked the place, the AC worked well, the water was smooth, the place was clean and tidy. The place was very comfortable and the apartment facilities were complete and it also felt shady because it was surrounded by many trees. I will stay here again when I go to Jakarta. Thank you Siska for always fast respond when I ask something, you’re very helpful.

Apartment yang sangat bersih, view yang bagus dikala siang maupun malam. Di sediakan sabun dan peralatan mandi lengkap sekali sabun cuci tangan pun tersedia ac yang dingin di seluruh ruangan wifi dengan koneksi yang cepat fasilitas pool dan gym juga cukup baik host yg responsive dan informatif 😃 benar benar terasa di rumah sendiri absolutely will comeback here on next visit to BSD

Pertama kali stay disini, first impression rumahnya super nyaman, bersih dan wangi (ada scented candle di ruang tamu)😍. Sesuai di foto, kamar ada 2, ada sofa bed, WC nya bersih. Full AC juga, dapurnya minimalis, enak banget dipakai untuk masak-masak. Dispenser dan kulkas berfungsi dengan baik. Host nya juga ramah dan kooperatif. Will come back later!

Rumah bersih, nyaman, dingin, keluarga senang bisa ngumpul dan main PS5 yang disediakan. Peralatan dapur lengkap, ada mesin cuci best! Thankyou ya. bakal rekomen tempat ini kalau ada keluarga / teman mau nginep lagi.

We absolutely loved this property! Mas Bagus was super responsive, answering all my questions before booking and even asking how we’d like the extra bed set up—great service! The property exceeded expectations: spacious parking (even fits a HiAce!), a huge living room, and a spotless kitchen fully stocked with a stove, fridge, blender, rice cooker, microwave, and enough utensils for everyone. The dining table fits 16 people, and there are two water dispensers for added convenience. The bedrooms were super comfy with King Koil beds, and each of the 7 bedrooms has its own clean bathroom, plus coffee, tea, towel hangers, cabinets, and TVs. We also loved the rooftop—perfect for hanging out and great for kids to play! They provided a washing machine, detergent, and an iron, which was so helpful as we prepared for a wedding. Overall, everything was perfect! Thank you for the excellent service and hospitality. 😊

It was an enjoyable stay for us and the owner is very helpful and responsive. Glad that he is also flexible and willing to support us for our long stay in his house. I feel like living in our own house. Many thanks to Mr Felix who is the owner of the house.

An excellent place to stay. The house has everything that we need, including good air conditioning and wifi (fast fibre, generally very reliable). The host is very good: one of the best that we know. She is quick to respond to problems and requests. We are grateful that she gave us 3 days free because of our long stay in 2022. Be aware that the house is in a residential neighbourhood so you will have the normal sorts of noises for an area like this. Note especially that the house shares walls with the houses on either side, and behind, so sometimes you may hear repairs from these houses. We had very bad luck during our long stay in 2023 because the neighbours next door did noisy renovations for more than five weeks. We had to leave the house every day (even Sunday). It was difficult because the neighbour and the workmen gave wrong information:first they said that it was one day, then one week etc! However, these renovations are finished and we have made another long booking for 2024.

Tempatnya strategis banget buat yg mau ada event di ice, bisa ditempuh jalan kaki 8 menitan dari ice bsd. Rumahnya homey, bersih, rapi, dan wangi. Amenities dan perlengkapan lengkap sesuai deskripsi, host juga sangat ramah dan helpfull. Bisa early check in jg kalau sebelumnya gaada yg menempati. Next kalau ada event di ice lg kami pasti menginap kembali disini. Terima kasih bu yulita dan pak andri~

Super comfy and private, but still close to lots of fun spots and the food places I wanted to try out. The host was really quick to respond whenever I had questions. Definitely recommend if you’re looking for a chill weekend around BSD

Meskipun hanya semalam, kami sangat puas dengan tempat yang kami tempati ini. Gambar dalam foto sangat serupa dengan kenyataannya. Seluruh ruangan sangat bersih dan peralatan di dapur sangat lengkap. Kolam renamg juga sangat bersih. Definitely, recommended.

Great apartment. This was the cleanest and most beautiful house I've ever stayed in. Everything was very clean and tidy. The view is amazing. Safe and very easy check-in. Having a washing machine is a great advantage. I really recommend 👍
