Cady’s Falls Cabin

Welcome to our treehouse inspired, modern cabin overlooking The Kenfield Brook on Terrill Gorge. We are located 5 miles from Stowe and its attractions, and just a few minutes from downtown Morrrisville with all its amenities. Just upstream from the picturesque Cady’s Fall swimming hole and across the brook from the amazing Cady’s Falls bike trails, our cabin is perched atop the hillside. With its simple, minimalist design it’s easy to immerse yourselves in nature and feel at home in the trees.

Pristine Lake Location in Vermont

Our cottage is located on Lake Memphremagog, an international lake shared with Canada. Visit our nearby hobby farm/children’s museum. Kayak, bike or hike to stunning natural settings or take day trips to a variety of interesting destinations, including maple sugar shops, alpaca or dairy farms, golf courses, a ski resort with indoor waterpark; or cross the Canadian border a few miles away and explore Quebec. A boat dock is available for use at our cottage with an access ramp a 1/4 mile away.

Located in Saint-Étienne de Bolton in Estrie, Ch'i Terra is an enchanting area nestled between mountains, lakes and rivers. Possibility of staying alone, with friends or as a couple by renting the cottage which offers three bedrooms, a kitchenette, a stone fireplace and access to the private lake and forest. The displayed price is for double occupancy. If other people in your group are accompanying you and occupying rooms, there is an additional fee of $90 per additional room.

With multiple swimming holes and a 20 foot waterfall just steps from the deck there’s not another Airbnb like this in the state of Vermont.

The land gives direct access to the river to the walking trail as well as private access for a bonfire. The hot tub, the splendid cedar sauna available year-round and the magnificent river allows you to have a completely relaxing thermal experience. Starting point of a beautiful and wide wooded trail that follows the watercourse (public). Beautiful roads and pretty villages nearby (Ayer's Cliff, North Hatley, Magog, Lake Massawippi, Coaticook...). Very nice bike path in the area.
