We offer a cozy bedroom with comfy queen bed, washer/dryer, full gourmet kitchen, patio and Euro-style bathroom with rainfall shower head and clawfoot soaking tub. In the common area, you'll find an easily convertible queen sofa bed and a desk space with an iPad. TVs in both the bedroom and common area are equipped with Roku for streaming Netflix, Hulu, HBOMax and more. We can't wait to host you! Our garden apartment was lovingly crafted and furnished with guests in mind. We enjoy providing a welcoming space for travelers from all over the world and look forward to hosting you, too! You'll access the apartment via your private entrance equipped with a keyless lock for easy ins and outs. You'll notice your very own patio space just outside the entrance and once inside, you'll find the gourmet kitchen with all new appliances including a full-size fridge/freezer, gas range & oven, microwave, toaster, hot water kettle, coffee maker, Keurig and a dishwasher to make cleanup easy. We've also stocked the kitchen with all the cooking tools you'll need to make your own meals if you can resist the fantastic dining nearby on Division. The ductless HVAC unit and radiant heated floors ensure you'll be comfortable year round. Relax on the sofa that converts to a comfy queen bed and stream all your favorite apps on the Roku equipped TV. Use the iPad provided on the work space to check out things to do in town or play music from the speaker dock. Prefer to watch TV in bed? There's another TV with a Roku in the bedroom. The queen sized bed is dressed with fresh linens for every guest and the blackout shades allow you to sleep in comfortably. The wet room style bathroom has a delightful rainfall shower head and clawfoot soaking tub - great for relaxing after a long day of exploring or hiking. We provide plush bath linens, all the essential bath toiletries and more - everything you need for your perfect Portland stay! No need to worry about keys - we've equipped the private entry with an electronic lock to make coming and going a breeze. You'll have access to the entire ground floor apartment which has a full kitchen, living room and work space, queen bedroom and spacious bathroom. The patio just outside your door is all yours, too! Guests can enjoy marijuana or tobacco in our private outside patio. We live upstairs but we're pretty busy working and when we can -- enjoying the beautiful Pacific Northwest, so we're working with a local management team to make sure you have a remarkable stay! Located just north of Division on a quiet, residential street, our house is perfectly positioned for your Portland explorations. With so many options for dining, coffee and shopping nearby, you may never want to leave the neighborhood; but if you do, getting around is super easy via the nearby transit stops. We're located on a corner lot and parking is unrestricted and easy to find on the surrounding streets, if not directly in front of your Airbnb. The #4 bus is just two block away and you'll be at Powell's downtown in about 25 minutes - or 10 minutes by Uber / Lyft / taxi. Check out Tri-Met's website or get their free, easy to use smartphone app to make trip planning and ticket purchasing a breeze. Biketown, our city-wide bike-sharing program, has a rental kiosk just blocks away and is a great option for exploring by bike or even one of the e-scooters you can rent by the minute. We'd love to host your kiddo too, just let us know if you'll need the gear we offer (pack-n-play, etc) during the reservation process prior to your arrival. Thanks! My wife, Raechel, and I originally designed and built this ADU ( accessory dwelling unit ) with the intention of living there full time, but due to a change of plans, it's available to you. The space was designed by Buckenmeyer Architecture, and was constructed by me. Our space features many unique elements such as: paper-composite counter tops and bathroom tiles, real copper backsplash and bathroom walls, polished concrete floors, cedar tongue and groove ceiling, burnt cedar siding, 16' multi-slide window wall (please open and close slowly), moveable cedar slat screens, custom frosted glass pocket doors, and custom apple-ply kitchen cabinets by George Ramos We love to cook and put great effort into getting the kitchen space dialed in. The kitchen features: bosch speed oven (microwave and convection oven), bosch dishwasher, 2 burner gas range, and Pull-out exhaust and lighting We hope you enjoy the space and neighborhood as much as we do! The guesthouse has it's own separate entrance with a smart lock for convenient self check in. You'll receive the unique code prior to check in. We live in the main house and are available to help make your stay as great as possible. We value your privacy and will not stop by unless contacted. Please text for the quickest response. Nearby Division Steet is known as restaurant row and features some of the best food in Portland, including Pok Pok, Salt and Straw, and Ava Genes. On a warm summer night, there will be hundreds of people just going for a stroll up and down Division. Our guesthouse is a 2 minute walk from a major bus stop, and a Biketown stall where you can rent a bike by the trip. There is no dedicated parking space but there is an abundant amount of non-metered unlimited on-street parking directly in front of our guest house on 28th pl. The Roku Tv enables you to login to your entertainment provider of choice, please remember to logout. The Bose Soundbar is wired to output the TV's audio, but can also be connected to via bluetooth by hitting the bluetooth icon on the Bose remote and pairing with your device. We provide locally roasted coffee beans, a manual conical burr grinder, insulated french press, stovetop kettle, and creamer + sugar. Please enjoy the in-shell Hazelnuts!

Hello! Beautiful neighborhood High ceilings Large windows Beautifully decorated Plush King Bed in 1-bedroom-with a door 2nd queen bed living room pull out Established Neighborhood 20 minutes of City Center. Discounts are a hassle so: no. There is a locked access door adjacent to the bathroom we use in between guests to service the space. We don't go in the Airbnb space when guests are there, obviously. Sparkling clean newer construction in the popular and centrally located Williams/Mississippi Districts, famous for amazing food! Quiet, safe, cozy and private off street garden/home filled with natural light. Stand-alone unit with private entrance from the alley behind our house. Fast Wifi. Full kitchen.
