Guest house holiday rentals in Deschutes River

Cannot say enough positive things about the Bluff Rd. studio and the hosts Teresa and Alan. The studio is very comfortable and features an incredible view of Mt. Hood from the back of the unit. The neighborhood is beautiful and a pleasure to stroll through. Teresa and Alan are wonderful, warm, accommodating people and I have genuinely enjoyed their company as well as their respectfulness of my privacy. I would recommend this house without hesitation to anyone looking for a stay in the Sandy area.

This was my first time in Bend, a few friends and I stayed here for a night while we attended a concert. We didn't get to spend much time here but I highly recommend it. The neighborhood is quiet, peaceful, safe, and close to everything. Check-in was super easy and the house was very clean, nicely appointed, comfortable, etc. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Bend.

The guest home was located very close to downtown Bend , grocery stores and the river walk, walkable , with no need for a car. The kitchen had all we needed with plenty of coffee, tea, and cooking supplies. Paula was very responsive, kind and flexible . I would highly recommended staying here.

Great location for access to the McKenzie River. We were here for the annual 50k race, and this was a great place to prep and then recover in. The only thing I didn’t realize was that it was not air conditioned other than a small portable a/c unit in one of the rooms. Given it was a 95 degree weekend, the house got pretty hot and never really cooled off much at night. Other than that, it was a great place to make a home base for the weekend!

Our stay at the bunkhouse was perfect! We needed a place to stay while attending events at the Sherman County Fairgrounds. The house was about 20 minutes away and served as a nice, quiet place to retreat after the events. The hosts were super friendly. Our kids enjoyed playing on the swings. The grounds are beautiful and it was relaxing to have breakfast on the deck overlooking the well-maintained lawns.

The place is very private, perfect for long stay, has ample space, good collection of movies, well stocked kitchen and bathroom. Host is very responsive and accomodating. Internet comnection need improvement.

Exactly what we wanted. We had an extended stay in this rental and felt right at home. Small space lives large, with tons of light and an incredible view. Appreciated the private yard and bike storage. And the location? Amazing! 3-4 mile commute to Phils trail head made for easy and frequent biking. We walked to Old Mill, downtown and Galveston area frequently. 2-3 mile walk each way so it’s not for the faint of heart, but it’s a great way to burn off the food and beer 🙃 and the hosts were fantastic. Easy to reach and always quick to help people if something came up. 10/10!

This is the perfect respite spot. We wanted to be out of Bend but close enough…. The Sunshine loft was the perfect solution. Amazing views with clean, comfortable and very delightful accommodations. Katie and Brooks are fabulous hosts! Kind, responsive and friendly. Their fluffy posse of rescues gave the ranch a special vibe. We will be back to enjoy everything this special spot has to offer!

We loved our stay at this gorgeous home in Bend. The hosts were flexible with check-in time and were very responsive with communication. This is hands down one of the best AirBnbs I have ever stayed at and can’t wait to return for a future visit! The decor was beautiful, bed comfortable and this home had so many little extra touches. We loved the view on the patio and the fireplace was very nice. The throws were a nice surprise and were very comfortable. The bed was very comfortable and the AC was amazing. The indoor fireplace was a nice touch. We really enjoyed staying here and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a secluded getaway with awesome views.

I had the most incredible stay at the Treetop Retreat in Bend. Steve and Lynn have created a truly special space—this custom-built unit is even more stunning in person than the photos show. Everything is brand new, beautifully designed, and stocked with everything you could possibly need for a long-term stay. They went above and beyond to make me feel welcome, inviting me to dinners, sharing drinks, and even letting me borrow snowshoes for local adventures. Their recommendations for things to do and places to explore around Bend were spot on, and the location in River West is absolutely ideal. I absolutely loved my time here and will definitely be back. Highly, highly recommend.

I wish we could have stayed longer! We were in town to do our first multi pitch for my husband’s 40th birthday and came all the way from Philly. Alicia and Grant were so awesome and friendly and their rental unit was quite possibly the nicest air bnb rental I’ve ever done. We loved the additional outdoor seating and the smell Of the sheets and towels- nice touches in every nook and cranny. And what a special treat to get to watch Peacocks strut around not in a zoo habitat for once. Thank you so much and hopefully see you again soon.

Great place to stay. Loved the vaulted ceilings, big shower, and fenced backyard for my dog. Everything was as described and it was perfectly clean. They had good recommendations for things to do with my dog which we were able to take advantage of.

Had a great stay at the Cottage!! Shelly is an awesome host! Everything was clean and neat! This place has everything you need in a home! From Kitchen to Bathroom to Bedroom. I loved it and so did the coworkers! Thank you once again Shelly for Hosting us! We had great stay! 5/5 star rating for sure! Totally Recommend!! You won’t regret it!

There were 4 adults in our party. We wanted a nice quiet place away from the busy city to stay but close enough to still do what we came for. This place was perfect! It was clean, cozy and comfortable. It had everything we needed. We bring most of our own food on road trips and they had all the cookware and dishes we could need. A coffee pot was important for me and they had a keurig and a regular pot. They were kind, helpful and very responsive to messages. Overall the place had plenty of room for 4 people. I Hope I have a reason to come back to the area because I would book here again.

The minni house had everything we needed and was a great spot for us to call home while we explored central Oregon

Such a great place to relax near Bend, Mt Bachelor and so many other hiking areas. Our dog loved running around the large yard. The inside is perfect and cozy place to setting in after a day outside and the grill was great to cook on. Make sure you bring bug spray! The mosquitos can be intense out that way.

We were in town for baseball. Location was great for accessing the various fields. Everyone slept well. We stayed in late May with temperatures in the high 70's during the day. The house stayed comfortably cool with the windows open. Cows were cute.

This spot was amazing! My friend and I were in Bend for a long weekend to see Leon Bridges at the Hayden Amphitheatre and this spot was absolute perfection. The space is beautiful, so much natural light pours through the whole house, and it was impeccably clean. I would highly recommend this spot and would absolutely stay again!
