Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Deschutes River Woods

We spent three nights (two families) and wished we could have stayed longer! We appreciated the two King en-suites for the adults and the Queen room for an adult child, as well as the kids bunk/play room over the garage. Everyone had their own space! Super comfortable and perfect for two to three families with kids. The house was just across the street from the pickleball/tennis courts and the pool/clubhouse and a 5 minute drive from the Village at Sunriver. The house had tons of “toys”and we used the canoe on the lake by the clubhouse. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook for our group as was well appointed and the open concept worked well for our group. Thanks Eric for the great stay! We will stay again!

Dean was a pleasure to communicate with, was extremely accommodating, and could not have further exceeded our expectations. His place was charming and elegant, modern and sophisticated, and relaxing and comfortable. We found the amenities to be better than described and we all had a wonderful time entertaining and resting. It was much easier and very convenient exploring the great outdoors of the Bend area, and partaking in all of the amazing outdoor recreation, knowing that we had such an incredible accommodation to return to afterwards. We had such an awesome time at Dean’s place that we no longer need to search for accommodations when we return to Bend - we know we’ll be staying at Dean’s place again, as long as it’s available. We’d like to thank Dean from the bottom of our hearts for being so accommodating and for providing such a great place for us so we could focus on what mattered most to us - enjoying our vacation together without any unnecessary worry or stress.

My friends and I had a wonderful stay. The location was perfect for floating the river or going for a walk around the park. The house was beautifully decorated and comfortable.

Matt’s place was in a great location! Quiet and peaceful neighborhood, but close to Sunriver shops, restaurants, and trails. The beds were comfy and we had everything we needed. The hot tub was a lovely perk as well! We just had a quick one nighter, but would stay again when in the area.

This was our second stay. Serene and peaceful back yard with lovely water feature; perfect for dogs. Cozy rustic cabin with lots of extras, feels like home. Great supply of books and movies. Seamless check in process, use of garage so the car doesn’t have to stand in heat or cold. Thank you and we hope to be back!

Great place with ease of access to other areas of Bend. If you’re in to walking the trail is near by

Donna is an incredibly gracious hostess. She met us upon arrival and even left delicious, freshly baked sweet almond bread and some basics in the fridge! The place is spacious, nicely decorated and had absolutely everything that was needed for a pleasant stay. The house is in an excellent location just a short 5 minute drive to the little town of Tumalo and also a short distance from both Bend and Sisters. Checking in felt like coming home. I hope we will get to see Donna again!

Our family had a fabulous time at Tram's house. We were impressed with the welcome bottle of wine and bag of ice in the freezer. The house is lovely, spacious and has all commodities and entertainment for a busy family. The tree house and play area was perfect for our grandchildren. It was a plus to have plenty of toys like bicycles, paddle boards, floaties, etc. The neighborhood is nice and quiet, close to the Deschutes river, and 25 minutes to Twin Lakes. We would love to come back and stay longer. For sure, we recommend Tram's house hands down.

Great place just outside of town, lots of things to do at the resort.

We stayed here the evening of our engagement and it was absolutely incredible. My fiancé was blown away by the place when we pulled up. It’s at the top of the hill and had the most incredible view of the mountain landscape. We had wine and enjoyed the sunset that evening on the deck. The pictures do not do it justice at all. Jamie and Megan were also super helpful in setting up custom requests. Thanks for making our engagement so memorable!

One of my best Airbnb experiences. Walkable to restaurants and entertainment. Great location, short drive to nearby hiking, kayaking, paddle boarding, biking. A wonderful place to come back to afterwards. Extra amenities are thoughtful and amazing. Very responsive host. It's exactly as pictured and even better in person. Well stocked kitchen & bath, comfortable bed, great deck and yes the snacks that everyone else mentions were so appreciated. We would definitely return.

We loved staying at Justin’s place! The location was incredible, right off the Deschutes river trail, which was wonderful for walking the dog in the morning. The kitchen was well stocked with everything needed to cook with, the apartment was as very clean, instructions were easy and Justin was very responsive. Would definitely stay again!!

We had an absolutely wonderful experience at this Airbnb! The space was spotless, beautifully decorated, and exactly as described in the listing. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and all the amenities—from the fully stocked kitchen to the fast Wi-Fi—made our stay feel just like home. The location was ideal—close to the center of the village but tucked away enough to be peaceful and relaxing. Lyle was an exceptional host: friendly, responsive, and thoughtful. We had a great stay at Roksolana’s place over Labor Day Weekend. The condo was squeaky clean and the host was super responsive/proactive in getting a couple of issues resolved for us (the toilet wasn’t working properly and there wasn’t any soap). I think housekeeping overlooked a few things, but it didn’t stop us from enjoying our stay and would stay here again. The resort has a lot of things to do on the property, like frisbee golf, tennis, pickleball, mini-golf, bike course, rafting, and swimming pools. Unfortunately the big pool was closed, so and it made for a packed pool situation a bit crowded on the long weekend. There is a bar/restaurant on the property, but we did most of our dining at the condo. The bartender was not the friendliest despite generous tips from our group.

The house was cozy and well equipped. Had everything we needed. Close to downtown, restaurants and Hayden Amphitheater (we were in town for a concert). It is one side of a duplex and there were guests on the other side. The sound proofing between units was great. We knew they were there but did not hear them. Parking was adequate.

We had such a great time at Meagan’s place — what a stunning spot! My husband even followed the trail down from the house and spent some time fly-fishing in the stream. Everything is so close by, and the property is just beautiful. We loved every minute!

I enjoyed the cabin, Sisters Oregon, and interacting with Maya. My friends and I had a great trip and this was just a great place to come back to after our adventures during the day to a have a relaxing and peaceful evening and nights sleep.

Nice cabin in a peaceful wooded setting. Matt was a very kind and responsive host. Solid choice for stay if you want to be outside of Bend proper but close enough to everything!

I would definitely recommend to anyone in the area to stay here. I will definitely come back here again. It was so peaceful and beautiful. The mornings here were absolutely stunning. The bed was so comfortable. It had everything we need. The screen porched wrapped around the house which I loved. I miss it already.

This home was such an amazing place to spend the weekend! We really enjoyed the location RIGHT on the water, and the quietness of the neighborhood. It was amazing, and Kelly gave very detailed and easy to follow instructions.

We had a lovely time staying here! The house is in a great location, walkable into downtown, and quiet. Franco and Jena provided awesome local recommendations for food and activities. The kitchen has everything you would need and the Sonos was a great touch. Will stay here again!

We stayed for three days during our visit to Crater Lake and had a great time. The place was clean and quiet and the amenities made it homey. We especially loved the hot tub and sauna.
