The Design Center, the University of Applied Sciences, the market Südbahnhofmarkt and the Kepler University Hospital are within a walking distance. Free, unrestricted parking is available along the street.

Our house is located directly on the Linz main square, Klosterstrasse 1. A beautiful old building and right next to our main house the main square 23. The flair of the building is unique and so the apartment is suitable for a business trip as well as for a private visit to Linz. Linz is usually not discovered at the first sight. But the more beautiful the city is then. We are very happy to help with insider tips in a variety of cultural areas or help with coworking, etc.
