Comfortable cottage 2 hours from Paris, south of Puisaye and 20 minutes from the medieval site of Guédelon, the castle of St Fargeau and its historical shows, the Colette museum in St-Sauveur as well as the vineyards of Pouilly, Sancerre, Ménetou-salon, It is in a hamlet near the village of Perroy, 5 km from Donzy and its shops and 20 km from Cosne-sur-Loire that we have set up this independent cottage, with its private garden in an old farmhouse of the 18th and 19th centuries.

In the heart of downtown Saint Florentin, our fully renovated and cozy decorated house, our small outdoor space is a real plus to enjoy the sunny days, you will have two bedrooms with two shower rooms and 3 toilets, 2 double beds in 160 for your best comfort, a fully equipped kitchen, a table for 4 people and a Tassimo for coffee. Air conditioning has been added to the upstairs bedroom to improve comfort during hot weather.

Our apartment is conveniently located in the heart of the historic center and 2 steps from the Clock Tower. In this former mansion, located on the ground floor with its private terrace, you can enjoy the calm while being close to the liveliness of the city center.
