Located on Devonport's Mt Victoria, surrounded by beautiful historic homes, MaisonMays is a self-contained, private apartment offering a light and peaceful setting with two outdoor garden dining areas, a king-sized bed, bath and a heating/cooling system for your comfort. Off-street parking available. Lock box on left hand side outside white gates at end of driveway. We say "Kia Ora" and are happy to greet our guests but agree to respect our guests' privacy if preferred. Centrally located in Devonport, a car is not necessary to enjoy the many delights around the neighbourhood. Walk up Mount Victoria to take in vistas of Auckland City or stroll to Torpedo Bay for a coffee and ice cream after visiting the Navy Museum. If wanting to travel farther afield, public buses can be found in central Devonport or at the Devonport Ferry Terminal, or perhaps a day trip to Waiheke Island, Rangitoto Island or Auckland City via Fuller's Ferries, departing regularly from Devonport Ferry Terminal. Deposit - A $400 deposit is required on booking, refundable unless a cancellation is made less than 7 days prior to stay.

This recently renovated free standing 2 bedroom house is perfect for your next beach or golfing holiday. It has a lounge / dining, kitchen and toilet downstairs with bedrooms and bathroom upstairs. The house is located opposite the 16th tee of the Waitemata Golf course and minutes from the fabulous Narrow Neck Beach, Wakatere boat club & cafe. Peaceful garden, butterflies & birds

Set in historic Devonport our new space is part of a 100+yr old north facing (sun) bungalow with garden. We have no on-site kitchen/cooking facilities. A 15 min walk to the village & 20+ cafes, pubs & restaurants, 2 mins further to the ferry & Auckland CBD 12 mins later. A public golf course is 5 mins walk, 3 beaches 15 mins walk. The quiet space has a queen bed & in a small adjoining room a king single bed. Your own entry, bathroom, tea, coffee maker, fridge, smart TV fast internet & heating.

Mid-Century Devonport

Enjoy a private outdoor space, the accommodation in the style of mid century, a living space with a queen bed and a bedroom with two king single beds, a private bathroom. The kitchenette has a microwave, electric jug, electric frypan, toaster and coffee plunger. There are plates/ utensils etc. Barbeque, hot plates and saucepans on request. Also the apartment is not suitable for mobile babies nor children under the age of seven. A vehicle to get around is recommended.

Comfortable private studio 2-3 min walk from beautiful Cheltenham beach and pleasant waterfront walk to Devonport village and ferry for Auckland city. Bifold doors open to garden. Sunny north easterly aspect. Walk to North Head reserve in 1 min for views of whole of Auckland. Quiet,secluded location. Down a right of way so no traffic noise. Kitchenette equiped with microwave, toaster, electric jug, fridge and small hob.

Studio 16 is a self contained modern light filled space perfect for a couple. It is open plan in design with bedroom, lounge and kitchenette in one. An Air Conditioning unit is in this area. The separate bathroom is fully tiled with a large walk in shower. There is also a spacious walk in wardrobe with ample room for your suitcases. A washing machine is in this area. This is a smoke and pet free property.

A wonderful little historic cottage tucked in Stanley Bay surrounded by lovely trees and birds singing. The place is furnished to a high standard with quality linens and kitchen amenities which made it feel so much more comfortable and welcoming. Helen was beyond amazing, she helped us make sure the place was extra clean and free of allergens for our little one. She was quick to respond and nothing was a bother. We would gladly stay again and recommend it to anyone.

Simple garden studio in central Devonport

We had a great stay in Karen’s studio. The accommodation suited us very well. The studio was well appointed and very clean. The family gave us our privacy but engaged when appropriate. Devonport is held high in our hearts, such an interesting village. (It is a place where we once lived- part time.) This was the perfect place to celebrate a birthday weekend. Location, location, location! It really is an attractive 2-minute walk from lovely Cheltenham Beach. Gesine is really friendly and helpful. The simple studio is light and airy with a generous bathroom. If, like me, you're not bringing a car, there's a dairy at 16 Vauxhall Road (6 min walk) for supplies. I would stay here again in a heartbeat🤗
