They are awesome hosts. Mr. Minhaz was very friendly and helpful all the way during our stay. There were actually some issues with check-in and checkout arrangement that we had made. But he did his best, given the circumstances, to make alternate arrangements and ultimately made it right by us. Very attentive in providing in all the amenities available and also provided a few things we requested. The place was clean and had everything needed for our stay. Loved the water filter in the kitchen. Only thing we felt was missing enough spoons. Would definitely recommend the hosts and confidently recommend the other places they own given our experience with them.

You'll have a great time at this comfortable place to stay. My home is yours home, location is Bashundhara F block, Road 21. Within ten minutes you reach in my Apartment from International Airport in Dhaka. A large Shopping center 'Shopno' nearby my house. A large 'Jame-mashjid' in side. Please maintain some rules: * NID or passport copy submit *Fill up a tenant form (It's Govt. rules) * Only family rent * no party allowed * no pets allowed * no unmarried couples allowed Thanks for all.

Nasrin classic Uttara

Ali was very helpful and clear in his response to my queries prior to booking. Upon arriving we found the apartment to be spacious, tidy, and clutter-free. Although we stayed during the warm season, the interior was cool during the day and the night. Apart from one minimal description, the apartment matched the advert. Only one room had air conditioning but this didn't matter. The location was close to restaurants, shops, and the airport but tucked away enough to be quiet and peaceful. The overall stay in Ali's apartment was great, and I would certainly stay again. The management team was very helpful and very quick to respond. Everyone spoke very good English. Thank you Ali and the team.

Affordable 250 sq.ft Studio with Gym, Bashundhara

Everything was good but the location he gave us was incorrect. I asked him specifically about a hospital location from his place and he responded that the hospital was only 10 minutes of walking distance, which is what I actually needed, i was sick hence the Hospital. I couldn't travel by car , I needed to walk to the hospital per my doctor's advice. When i checked in to the place and started walking to the hospital it was 30 minutes of walk which was impossible for me.. I told him about my situation, he said " you just leave my place" very Rudely. I said okay well i will leave right now if please give me a refund. It was the same day i checked in. Sooo many insults he said " okay you cancel the booking and i will approve the refund ". I canceled and left his place the same day. Its been almost 15 days , i keep asking him to approve my refund but no response from him. Very bad hosting,No manners at all, No professionalism at all. Hope no one suffers like me and book with this host.

Arafat is so communicative! I'm from the USA and really appreciated his support and kindness. He even helped me with filling out the details of my stay when I needed to present it for my tourist VISA. Beautiful building. Amazing views on the roof. Recommend knowing a little bit of Bangla, but even if you don't, they are really accommodating.
