Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Diadema

Viviane was very kind and agile in communication and has maintained the house with the same standard of infrastructure since March 2023, when I was there for the first time. All my family and friends who were with me during this stay and the previous one loved the coziness of the house, the decoration and its architectural style. A small family accommodates very well. We were very well received by the host Reginaldo and his parents are very friendly and kind. They demonstrated a lot of hospitality and promptly answered our questions. Local easy to find, extremely clean, everything was very smelling when we arrived, the room has air conditioning which made our lodging even better, as it was very hot the days we were, and with the air we slept peacefully. The bathroom is very small, but for one or two people it meets perfectly. We really like to stay there, when we get back to SBC we'll be staying again.

The place is exactly as in the pictures. Very comfortable. Adelmira is a sweetheart, she provided us with blankets, towels, and all the necessary support to get around São Paulo. He welcomed us very well, and facilitated the check-in, since I arrived at the bus station at dawn. I would recommend and would come back several times.

I had a great experience! The Host Aurélio, remotely, was very helpful and attentive during the stay. All clean, organized and comfortable environment. Because it is close to the immigrant highway there is a bit of car noise, but it didn't bother me. I'll host again again times.

Great cost benefit! Caroline was super helpful with my check-in and checkout, always proactive in responding! I loved the location of the loft, it accommodates no more than two people. Extremely comfortable bed, duvet and bed linen too, especially for the São Paulo winter. Bathroom with shower enclosure, very hot shower but I recommend a larger mirror and a shelf as well (Because we women use shampoo, conditioner, etc... Basic hygiene items). As for the rest of the room, television, coffee maker, sink, everything works normally and still has a small space for clothes. I recommend it to everyone and I intend to return!

The apt is amazing, everything clean and organized. Fast internet connection. An invigorating hot shower! In the building there is a Mercadinho 24h! Close to commerce , shopping malls, supermarkets, restaurants, bakeries, which tb deliver by app! Building with security, easy access and very well located! The staff of the building always attentive and helpful! I loved it and recommend it!

Vitor was a kind, attentive and flexible host. The apartment has a great space for two people, it was very clean and there is a convenience store right in front, which is an advantage. The building is very close to the subway station. Would recommend your stay!

We stayed in Vila Mascote, in São Paulo, for two months and had a wonderful experience. Fabio and Flávia were excellent hosts - always very attentive, welcoming, and available to help with whatever might be needed. The space was comfortable, which made us feel at home. The neighborhood is quiet and well located, with everything we need nearby. Their hospitality made all the difference. We would definitely stay there again. We highly recommend it!

The building is very beautiful with a gym and is well maintained. The apartment was clean and beautiful. 12-minute walk to Santa Cruz Metro Station. The bed was very comfy. Behind the apartment is a building yard and a private house yard. Very quiet.

We loved our stay, the place is comfortable, well-equipped and very well located, as well as having easy entry/exit. A tip I leave to the next guests is a few days before, register with SPTrans to get the integrated single ticket (currently 26 reais), it lasts 24 hours and gives you the right to be used 10 times during that time (bus, train and subway), through Google Maps it is possible to easily guide yourself by public transport in the city, the nearest ticket withdrawal is at Lapa Station (a little distant but worth it to save on app cars), and it is possible to recharge with pix, cash or debit card both with the attendants and at the self-service. Anyway, I highly recommend it, you won't regret it!

The accommodation is a great option for those who need to stay close to Congonhas airport. The apartment was clean, the shower is excellent and check-in was easy and hassle-free. District well met expectations.

Spacious apartment and, although integrated, it has well-separated environments, kitchen, living room/TV, large bed and a balcony that has a small table for up to 4 people and a desk with a comfortable work chair. The hosts left some treats that, in addition to showing attention and care for the guest, make all the difference for those who arrive tired and with a busy routine. The apartment has a 25-meter heated pool on the ground floor, with a gym and sauna, and another smaller pool on the rooftop with an excellent view. The highlight of the location is the proximity (5 min walk) to the Morumbi and Market Place malls.
