Cabin was clean, beautiful and had amazing views. Tons of space, unique and was fun for the whole family! We witnessed a bald eagle flying near the cabin after having caught a fish, it was awesome!! Excellent hosts as well, not demanding and very helpful

Loved it! Well stocked with the necessities like trash bags, toilet paper, hand soap, kitchen supplies and utensils, and towels. Excellent and prompt customer service!!

Our family really enjoyed our stay. Very nice home with plenty of space and stocked with all the necessities. Easy access to Shangri-La and several great restaurants. Would stay again.

We stayed here for a girl's trip for 5 old friends. We wanted a peaceful place so we could just enjoy relaxing and hanging out but be close to anything we needed. This property delivered! Clutterfree, modern, thoughtfully decorated, every kitchen item that one could want, plenty of space, comfortable furniture, beautiful outdoor spaces, and the most comfortable beds and bedding. Located high on a bluff we had the best view of the lake. Private dock to relax on and use for the boat we rented. Owner was super responsive to any question we had, and was amazingly generous on arranging for an early check in for us. We would rent this place again in a heartbeat for groups of family or friends. Super happy with our choice and it was even better in person than in the pictures! Our stay was peaceful, relaxing, and had everything we wanted to do nearby. Highly recommend!

Started out a great stay but she ended up thinking we should of deep cleaned the property. We left no dishes no trash and swept the floors. Fir having to pay a cleaning fee she was very unappreciative. Won't be returning

Gail was quick to respond to our early questions. Her responses were friendly, caring. She let us check in early. Chalkboard in living room has suggested places to go and things to do. Gail helped us with our concerns 2-3 weeks before check in so we we were better prepared. House was ABSOLUTELY PERFECT for our family. 3 floors, 3 sets of staircases. Perfect for hide and seek. Big card playing room downstairs for board games that can handle 8 players. Overall, house, area, activities were perfect for our family of 12 adults ages 18 to 79 and 2 toddlers. This is the first time out of 20 years of family reunions that we voted to return to. On top of above, the furnishings in the house were quite unique for a rental. Duane and Rosalie Wilmes

Beautiful home with a great view of the lake. The layout of the home was perfect. The home was well stocked, especially the kitchen. The beds very comfortable and the home was very clean.

My extended family of 10 had an awesome weekend on the lake! The home was comfortable for all of us with beautiful views from nearly every room. My nephews love to fish and this turned out to be a great spot for catfish. We enjoyed the shady deck and evenings around the fire pit. Page, our host, was quick to respond and friendly.

Our family of 6 rented both cabins for 4 nights and we were all impressed with how well done this Airbnb is! They are decorated so cute, and were even decorated for Christmas! Extremely clean and well taken care of. Beds were fabulous. Everything we needed in the kitchen to cook; we made most of our meals. Plenty of towels provided, blankets for indoor and outdoor, lots of wood for the bonfire. Great location close to the lake (cannot walk to it, but super quick drive to marina) and 20 min from Eureka Springs. Would love to come back in the summer and use the big backyard more. Nothing but 5 stars and being thoroughly impressed with these cabins! You will not be disappointed!

Troy and Angela were super responsive, so that made everything a breeze. Great place to stay! Plenty of room for everyone. Great little hang out areas. Loved that it was waterfront and able to take our boat and jetskis! In a quiet cove that perfect!! Will definitely come back! Also; DoorDash and Walmart+ delivers out there 😉

It was a fantastic stay! Our float trip was 10/10 as this house was so close to the Elk River/River Ranch Resort and it felt like home after spending hours in the water. The keypad check-in was painless and there was a real key once inside the home. The space accommodated our 9 adults comfortably for sleeping arrangements. The patio had furniture and a grill available for use. The kitchen had pots/pans, plates, mugs and glasses. There were NO hand towels but there were paper towels readily available. The master bedroom had a CO2 or smoke alarm beep constantly but we were unable to access the alarm and had to sleep with the beeps, which was the only bad part of our trip. He gave recs/contact info for local shuttles and nightlife, and when the WiFi password wasn't working, his son came within the hour to assist us! I loved all the clean towels placed on the beds. If we return to Noel we definitely will stay with Jesus again!

Beautiful property with many entertainment options in the house. Even teenagers had fun on a rainy day without electronics! Richard is a great host and very responsive. I would love to come back next year!

Great roomy place. Open concept kitchen/dinning area/Living room. Everything you need to grill meals except charcoal. Nice large shared Hot Tub and Fire Pit area. Lots of open space for playing outdoor games or just chilling by the huge fire pit! Pets are graciously accepted. Great space for a large group to camp and explore the area, fish, float the Elk River. Would definitely recommend to other guests.

My family and I aloang with our fur babies stayed here for our vacation. Everything was exceptional. Prestine, very neat, & stocked with everything we could possibly need. I look forward to making this a yearly vacation with family and friends. We had 9 adults, 1 teen, and 2 infants. There were plenty to do right where you were. However, it was a short drive to many restaurants & attractions if that's what you were looking for. Highly Recommend!!

We had a fantastic stay! The host was incredibly welcoming and responsive, providing clear check-in instructions and helpful local recommendations. The space was exactly as described—clean, comfortable. Would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this host to anyone visiting the area!

We loved everything about Island Time Oasis. Pool was amazing, yard was great for games and we had everything we needed for grilling. The deck was a great space for socializing. We will definitely book again. Thanks to Jake and Raegan!

The house and gardens are as beautiful as pictured. Our group of 11 enjoyed plenty of space for board games and meals. For the amount of space and beauty, it was a fantastic deal! Pros: - lots of space - beautiful gardens - plenty of parking - walkable to some restaurants, a coffee shop, etc - kitchen was well set up for meal prep - the place was clean and the check in/check out was easy to navigate Cons (none that would prevent us from staying again!) - some of the furniture is worn in the bedrooms and library - the beautiful stained glass also meant lots of light coming in at night/early morning. For light sleepers, being an eye mask - it took us a while to find all 4 thermostats to adjust so the first night was quite warm in parts of the house Overall, beautiful and a great stay! Thank you.

We absolutely loved our week long stay. Had family from Kentucky meet up with us and Diane recommended a place for them just a mile down the road. Memories were made!! We are a family of 10. The Littles cried because they wanted to stay. The house is the best stocked home we’ve ever rented. We love feeding the animals and swimming. So much room to move about!! Very peaceful and private. Lots of games in the rec room and toys outside also pool toys. Everything was very clean and exactly as shown in the pictures. We will be back hopefully next year!! Jeff and Diane are so kind!! Would rent again over and over!!!

Family came together from four states to celebrate a graduation and this was a wonderful place for us to stay. We were able to spend lots of quality time as a family. The spacious kitchen and lovely garden were two main gathering places. We had a terrific time and were grateful to have the space to be together comfortably.

My family (5 adults and two children under age 3) had a WONDERFUL extended weekend at Robin’s place…wish it could have been longer! The view of the lake is stunning, and we kept saying, “it’s worth a million!” The pool, although not heated, wasn’t too cold, despite the rainy weekend; we all enjoyed it, especially our granddaughter. (Do be careful when walking on the tiled floors surrounding the covered patio—they get slippery when wet—we put towels down to help with that.) The beds were sooo comfortable…the best of any rental I’ve stayed at…AMAZING! There are TONS of towels (bath and beach), and a well-equipped kitchen. The home is in a gated, quiet community next to a golf course (very safe, luxurious surroundings). Robin was the ultimate host! She wants the best guest experience, and that’s apparent given her speedy communication. The home is new to the rental market, so there weren’t any reviews when I rented it, and I’m glad I didn’t let that stop me. See you again soon, Robin!!
