Detached house - central, 5 bdrs, garden, parking

The detached (free standing) house is in a quiet location in Zurich Seebach, the city center easily reachable by public transport or car. The house has a large private garden, 5 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. Private parking for one car is included. Public bus stop, grocery stores and restaurants all are less than 5 mins by foot. A fully equipped kitchen, Wifi, cable TV as well as washing machine and dryer are available and free of charge. Smoking is only permitted outside of the house.

We are an uncomplicated, cheerful family and look forward to providing you with a cozy home during your stay. The apartment is a studio attached to the main house, with a private entrance, a beautiful garden and a garden lounge for shared use. It is a 5-minute walk from Oberglatt train station with direct train connections to Zurich main train station in 17 minutes. Kloten Airport is 19 minutes away by public transport and about 10 minutes by car.

Located within the Oerlikon district of Zurich, the apartment offers two loggias & a garden view. The apartment is in an area where guests can engage in activities such as hiking and cycling. The apartment features a bedroom, a fully equipped kitchen including a dishwasher, an oven and a bathroom with a shower. The new apartment building is 10 minutes away from the airport (train) and another 10 minutes by train to the central station of Zurich.

The accommodation is located in rural Hochfelden. Zurich Airport can be reached in 15 minutes by car and Zurich City in 40 minutes. Every 30 minutes, a bus leaves that offers various connections. Zurich Airport and Zurich City can be reached in 45 minutes. To make your stay more comfortable, I offer a reliable shuttle service to Zurich Airport, Zurich City and Bülach train station for a fee. So you can arrive and depart stress-free.

The studio is integrated in a historic farmhouse, surrounded by beautiful nature, but close to the airport and Zurich with good bus/train connections. In the farmhouse, in the other part, is also my home and above the studio is my ceramics workshop. The studio has a separate entrance. The accommodation is suitable for short and long stays. Shopping is available nearby.

For relaxation, the Katzensee Nature Reserve is nearby.
