We are offering in this listing a completely renovated cottage in 2021, composed of 2 bedrooms (1 on the ground floor and 1 on the mezzanine), 1 bathroom with shower and toilet and 1 fully equipped lounge/kitchen area. You will also find in this stone house of about 50 m2 a large outdoor area with garden furniture and BBQ and a magnificent view from the bedrooms of a poplar forest. This property is conveniently located between Monségur and Duras, in the municipality of Dieulivol.

Set at the end of a tree-lined driveway, Favreau is nestled amongst 10 hectares of grounds with views over the surrounding countryside, orchards and vines. A traditional rustic farmhouse, which is full of charm, with a private heated pool in a stunning and secluded setting. 4 bedrooms, the 5th bedroom is a very large children's dormitory. No more than 10 adults and a maximum of 13 guests, including children aged 18 months and over. Favreau is not wheelchair-accessible.
