Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Diliman

Out of all the AirBnBs I’ve booked, Jan’s place is the most seamless and flexible. What I appreciate the most is the early check in option - especially with the fact that our flight is extra early. Everything was spotless and it smells good. We loved the mini balcony design too. It’s walking distance going to gateway, but if you’re too tired walk it’s just around 2km grab ride away. Will def book here again.

I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The host was very responsive and helpful throughout my stay. The place was clean, well maintained, and exactly as described. The location was convenient to us since we planned to visit Starcity, with nearby stores. The aesthetic of the place is top notch and great for birthday photos (just like I did). I would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area and would love to stay here again! (Thank you Host for the free Nespresso capsules! Hihi)

When I got into this airbnb, I was surprised because the vibes are very chill and cozy. It is very relaxing and very clean! The view from the balcony at night is picturesque. Her sister and niece is very accommodating and nice. Definitely I will recommend this Airbnb to my friends as well😊❤️

My wife and I had a truly wonderful stay at this condo. The setting was absolutely beautiful—peaceful, clean, and thoughtfully designed. One of the highlights was the stunning view from our window, which made every morning and evening feel extra special. The room itself was cozy, well-maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. We felt right at home from the moment we arrived. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a quiet escape with a touch of elegance and a view to remember.

Jins place was perfect for us. I like the lay out of the unit. Open plan kitchen and sitting room. The kitvhen is equiped for cookinh. The sitting room is comfortable to relax and watch movies. The bedroom has a big, king bed that is SO comfortable. There are 4 pillow and a duvet. Having Jin as host is lovely. She is always on the ball. Always quick to reply and very polite. Wifi in great. The cleaner, Fe (I think is lovely). Jin has offered us to leave our luggage in the room even if it is not ready yet. We extended our stay and moved to a different unit, she also offered to transfer our stuff to T1. We very much appreciate you Jin. Thank you so much for making our stay trully comfortable.

Had a great stay! Host was very responsive and helpful! The place was SPOTLESS and smelled really nice! Literally so clean from the floor to the ceiling! Sheets looked new as well. My wife loved the pillow options they had in the bedroom as well which were 2 firmer options and 2 softer options. They gave us an amazing parking which was conveniently next to the elevator to get to the room. :) Highly Recommended!

We had a wonderful overnight stay! The place is nestled in the city but feels incredibly homey and relaxing—perfect for a quick recharge. Each room was very clean, spacious, and functional, making our stay extra comfortable. No need to travel outside Metro Manila to enjoy a peaceful escape! The whole team enjoyed the cozy atmosphere. Parking easily fit our 3 cars, and the location is convenient—close to restaurants and fast food spots. Check-in and check-out were seamless, and the host was very responsive and accommodating. Highly recommended!

This place was next-level awesome. I’m convinced the host has a secret superhero power for making things spotless and cozy, honestly, I half expected a butler to appear! Every little detail was so perfect, it felt like the place was giving us a warm hug. 💯 The host, Thina! was basically a texting ninja,😂 fast replies, super helpful, and zero “ghosting” drama. Made the whole stay smooth as butter. If you’re looking for a peaceful hideout that’s close enough to civilization (and coffee), this spot’s a total winner.✨ We’re already plotting our next visit, maybe this time I’ll try not to hog the couch bed! 😂

Lovely reader's I was coming the first time to Manila and I am glad that I have seen QC it is interesting there and you can find a place for winding down. Glyza is kind and helped me a lot as I mentioned above it was my first time in the Philipines and she supported me a lot :D The flat is amazing you have a balcony and a interesting view from there. Additionally, the most important thing is for myself a mattress in a hotel or apartment and yes I did like the mattress and I slept great :) Thank you for reading that comment and enjoy the stay in Manila :D

Kamlon was the answer to our prayer at that time of need. We had issue on our previous place of stay that we need to book another place. Kamlon responded quickly and offered to pick us and drop off to his unit. My husband has a challenge of walking due to recent hip surgery, Kamlon made it smoothly possible with our transport. He even let us checked out late as our flight is almost at midnight. WiFi is very strong, the place is just walking distance from uptown mall and close range for almost everything. Thank you very much for being such a kindhearted person! We will definitely use your place in our next visit to the Philippines-My husband said, “Salamat Po!”

Bravo to Leandro. Our stay at Leandro’s was more than like being at home, it WAS home. My family and I enjoyed the comfort, convenience, and warmth of Leandro’s place. The unit was very clean and perfect for our short vacation in BGC. The host recommended restaurants that we tried and enjoyed. The unit was fully equipped with essentials and a decent wifi connection. I like that Netflix was also available. The building also felt safe with good security. I totally recommend this listing. Apple was very accommodating and responsive. Check in/out was smooth and easy.

Ben’s place was such a great find—clean, cozy, and great value for the price. Communication was smooth from the start. Kathleen shared the check-in details clearly, and when I asked if I could drop off my bags early, they kindly offered to let me leave them with the cleaning staff around noon. On the day of my stay, Ben even messaged to say I could check in early at no extra cost—which was a huge help since I had an appointment in Makati and was worried where I could leave my backpack. The unit was spotless, the bed super comfy, and the linens and towels smelled fresh. The kitchen had all the basics if you wanted to cook. It honestly felt like a mini boutique stay. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place in Makati.

It’s a lovely house and the view from the balcony is absolutely stunning. The place is well-equipped and really feels like home. Air con works perfectly, and we had a great time staying here. The host was super responsive and helped us with everything we needed. Just a few small things to note - the curtains are blackout but still let in quite a bit of sunlight from the top and bottom. The main bedroom can get a bit noisy, even with the windows shut. The living room feels a little cramped because of the large sofa and dining table. Also, delivery guys aren’t allowed upstairs, so you have to go down every time for pickups, which can get a bit annoying. That said, overall, it’s a great place to stay.

I had a great stay! The place is cozy, very clean, and extremely accessible, perfect for getting around the area. I especially appreciated the comfy sofa, good lighting, and nice TV setup which made relaxing easy after a long day. It would’ve been a nice touch to have a toothbrush, toothpaste, or some coffee provided, but I understand it’s not a hotel. Overall, I’d definitely recommend this spot and would gladly stay again. Close to everything. Wish guests had more access to gym and pool without additional fees. Grocery store just down the block. There was a persistent mold or mildew smell. I don’t know if it is unique to the unit or a building issue. Owners are extremely responsive and proactive. Building and grounds secure and safe.

Pagkapasok ko palang sa unit, I already told myself,, "ayy babalik ako dito.". Grabe sobrang maaliwalas. Nice view. Complete lahat, kahit 1st aid kit provided. Wala ka na hahanapin. Hot and cold shower. Highly recommended.
