Love the apartment and the host! Veronica is super responsive — we had troubles with the arrival date and we talking closely with Veronica to manage it. She is always open to whether we need something, new stuff or additional amenities. The apartment feels really cozy, the gym and swimming pool are on the 37 floor of B building. It's a bit small, but greatly organized, so for a couple without children it's amazing 💜 The building has Face ID, so it feels secure. A minor downside of face id is that it's impossible to check-in on Sunday as the administrators might not be present — and you need to have Face ID to use elevators and all doors. Great location if you work in Spring Tower WeWork. It might take time to get to the very center during traffic, but I think it's everywhere in Bangkok like that. Especially cool that there's an express way nearby to get to ParQ Business Center. Overall, it's one of the best apartments I stayed in during my trips to Bangkok.

The swimming pool is not working due to the earthquake, the employees are cool, the hostess is helpful, the flat is good and clean. The location is a bit inconvenient, but close to mall

DiscoveryHome is the best place to stay in pratunam area. Just by walking you can find many tourist destinations, shop and taste typical thai food. Highly recommended.

Very nice pool, good gym, and common space. Good view from balcony. Sun side, but conditioners work well. Interior cozy, especially carpets. Big convenient parking. 7-11 and coffee machines on first floor

This was great location for my first time in Bangkok- vibrant area with action every corner you took- very reasonable distance to all the historic sites downtown- Grab (Thai Uber) was very easy to use here- being high up made staying at room very quite and nice escape from chaos going on beneath- highly recommended

The hosts were very kind and accommodating and the room was fantastic with an iconic location and breath taking view I simply cannot find any flaws while staying here would highly recommend anyone looking for a premium stay at Bangkok !

Beautiful place with a beautiful view that we will always carry in our hearts. The palace offers plenty of activities and the surroundings are quiet and with many restaurants.

The house is very clean and jist as described in the listing. There is ample space for the 7 of us to lounge, enjoy full group meals and rest. The air-conditioning, bathrooms, kitchen and washing machine all worked well and made us feel like staying at home. Gems and James were very helpful in fixing all the minor issues we encountered, from sending a plumber to replace the kitchen faucet, purchasing an additional hair dryer and toilet paper, bringing over a match for the kitchen stove, to helping check the shower heater & Netflix on the living room projector. The house is in a very inner area of Ekkamai so there was no noise pollution at all; just make sure to double confirm the pick-up and drop-off locations when booking Bolt / Grab because one road to the next is 3-5min drive. We visited right after the Songkran festival so it's the hottest time of the year - chose not to walk around at all!

We were in Bangkok for medical appointments at Bumrungrad. This property is a very very short walk to the hospital and had lots of space for our family—2 adults and 4 kids. We will definitely book this property again when /if we use the Bumrungrad facilities again. Thank you!!!

I could never imagine one day I would find such a beautiful house. The building and the surrounding are just great but the real surprise that left me amazed was when I stepped into this mansion. Just amazingly beautiful. I really fell in love for the furnitures of the house. Su h a taste in doing it. I also feel very satisfied about the host. He guided me in a couple of restaurants that I really loved. See you soon believe me!

We found this place very nice and conveniently located. Nam was responsive when needed. This place is located in the middle of Bangkok, so people who are sensitive to noise, take traffic jams.

We are a group of more than ten people traveling. During these few days, we all feel that the accommodation environment is comfortable. Each room has a different design style. Transportation is also convenient. The host responds to our questions very promptly. It is highly recommended for groups traveling with many people to choose this place.

Clean home and hosts were very accommodative to our requests such as early check in and late checkout as we have a big family with infants. Hosts also graciously offered a free cleaning during the 8 nights stay. Electricity bill are charged separately.

If you’re looking for a place to stay in Bangkok and you’re 3-4 people this is the best place! Its spacious and it has 2 bathrooms which is the best! The neighborhood is quiet and there’s a 7/11 on the ground floor where you can buy food. It’s quite far to the city centre and other tourist attraction but no worries since you can just book Bolt. You can just divide the fare if you’re in the group. There’s a near MRT station if you wish to commute but really I highly recommend Bolt. Lek is an awesome host! Easy to communicate and is very generous coz he let us check out late. The best accommodation here in Bangkok!

Lalida's condo is very homey. Very happy. It's clean and has all the comforts. Two TVs, which gives me and my girlfriend a private space. Perfect for families, couples who want a condo with a large space. It's easy to get around. Not far from the skytrain and The Mall Bang Kapi. Would definitely stay again.

Great space, had everything you need. Nice rooftop pool, with space to sit and relax. Very secure building. Close to BTS and loads of very cool local restaurants. Host was very attentive. It was perfect for us.

I purchased the place for a concert in impact arena. As much as I want to gate keep this place I wanted to write a 100% recommendation for it as well. Traveling to the arena is really easy as well as the food choices I had was awesome. And also the cosmo bazar is right around the corner. Only thing is it’s around 45 min to 1 hr from SUV airport. And also there are so many buildings around I got lost the first time walking around. Please take a photo of surroundings when you stay here. It’s really easy to get lost. Because teach and every building has the same infrastructure. In conclusion I had a great stay. I wasn’t looking for 5 star hotel but this is more of a home stay. I got what I paid for and the host is really nice. When I arrived he helped me with carrying my bag, And was waiting for me to show me everything. Also he recommend me cosmo bazar which I liked very much. 100% recommend for whoever attend a concert in Impact arena. 10 min walk to arena which is convenient.
