Townhome holiday rentals in Discovery Bay

A great place to stay, close to the beach, & many tourist attractions. Host was quick to respond and provided a lovely home. She even dropped off some local fruits & veggies to us during our stay! With a car it easy to travel to Ocho Rios and Runaway Bay. My mom has severe asthma and the air conditioned room made her stay very comfortable! Beds and couches were very comfortable. We enjoyed having coffee in the back yard and watching the sun go down from the front porch. I loved that the house was solar powered, and front gate guards new our faces and were incredibly friendly! I would highly recommend staying here.

Caroline and Richard’s place is beautiful, much more so than the pictures show. The home is beautiful , very clean and well kept. The beds are large and comfortable and each has access to a private bathroom. The communal living areas are comfortable with beautiful furniture and the pool area is perfect for a relaxing stay. It’s great to access to a private beach, was almost empty when we stayed and a great place to view the sunset. The villa was just a ten minute drive from Dunnes River Falls which suited us just perfectly. There was a nearby supermarket at a petrol station ..but just for basics as it was a bit pricey but you are not far from Ocho Rios centre for better choice. We would definitely stay again. Highly recommend with Lovely friendly hosts.

Sanika’s place was very nice. New and modern amenities and appliances. The decor was beautiful, if traveling with children I would be mindful of glass decor, the host was very kind and gracious regarding this. Located close to tourist destinations, great jerk chicken close by. The property is very safe with security.

it was our 3rd visit to the Vistas, it's an ideal place to stay, safe secure and all properties well maintained, highly recommended.

Stephan, Marceline and Linneth are wonderful hosts. it was our first stay at this house, but we felt like family coming home. The location couldn't be better. One of the nicest beaches of Jamaica right at your doorstep and a really well kept garden surrounding the house. The place felt quiet and relaxed, but it was never lonely. We had pleasant neighbours ready for a nice chat at the pool and we also had good chats with Linneth in the kitchen. Speaking of Linneth, we all miss her already. Her cooking was so good and she catered for all our needs. The house was tidy for the whole stay and she went the extra mile to make us feel comfortable. Stephan and Marceline checked in with us a couple of times to make sure we had a good stay. Communication was proactive and we always got fast replies. The house and furniture were in a good state. A brand new kitchen and baths welcomed us and the beds were comfortable. We couldn't find a flaw. AND last but not least: almost no mosquitoes!

Very nice place, breathtaking! Responsive host Great place to stay. Neighborhood is quiet in the day but on Friday nights to Sunday night until 3 am in the morning very noisy and very loud music. It’s ok if you are into the dancehall life.

Our stay at Shernett's home was nothing less that welcoming. Our host was ever easy to reach and very accommodating. The house was clean and Shernett made our stay very easy. Our check in was flawless. A must visit for my family and I again. 🤎🇯🇲

This is our second stay at Guava Jelly and it was just as wonderful as the first time. Carla was always responsive...patient when answering any questions...she even messaged us leading up to and on the day of our arrival to make sure we were all set. Ms. Rosey is a gem and she makes staying here a wonderful and relaxing experience. Her warmth makes you feel like you're family. Not to mention she is really great with kids. The complex is well kept and always peaceful, clean and relaxing. Carla knows I will be back again and again and again!

This is by far one of the best Airbnb’s we’ve stayed at in Jamaica! What made it special was you….all of you 😊 There were no gaps in communication from the moment we booked this Airbnb. Kalisa and her mom made everything easy for us. We were able to check in early and given a tour of the whole house. We loved the mix of modern and a bit of antique (real Jamaican) art and record player. The games were fun as well. The master suite was priceless and the ocean views from the balcony were just WOW! The house was well stocked with kitchen appliances, dishes, cookware, silverware and more. The bathrooms (all 4 1/2) were also stoked with shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, hand soap, lotion, sunscreen, mosquito repellent and more than enough towels. Also, private beach access with beach towels and chairs. The best part of our trip was staying at Villa Noonoos!!! Every trip to Jamaica going forward will include staying at Villa Noonoos. Kalisa and her family definitely nailed it!!! Thank you!

A fantastic stay – the home had everything we needed and more. The host was responsive and helpful throughout, even from afar. The pool was perfect for the kids, and the neighbourhood was welcoming and safe. Truly felt like a home away from home. Would definitely recommend to anyone and stay again when we're next in Jamaica!

We had a wonderful stay at Vlada’s place! From start to finish, everything was perfect. Vlada was incredibly communicative, friendly, and made the entire process so smooth. The house was spotless, beautifully maintained, and even better than the photos—bright, airy, and so inviting. The location couldn’t have been better—just a short walk to the beach and in a peaceful, scenic area. One of the highlights of our stay was Khadine, the housekeeper—she was absolutely amazing: kind, helpful, and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend this spot to anyone visiting the area. We’d absolutely love to return!
