The room is clean, the equipment is new, the host receives the problem and supports everything very quickly. Quite fully furnished, the common area is also a lot of items: iron, kitchen, big fridge,...Ms. Thao at Home is very enthusiastic, thoughtful and cute. Home in the street area is also quite good, moving to the central areas is also fast and easy. Thank you Home and will come back again sometime.

This unique townhouse is a true gem! With 5 en-suite bedrooms, privacy is absolutely guaranteed for everyone in your group. Tucked away in an alley right in the heart of the Bui Vien walking street area, it offers the perfect balance: peaceful tranquility when you need it, yet just steps away from all the vibrant energy, dining, and nightlife. The pull-out sofa bed provides a convenient sixth sleeping option, complemented by a handy sixth small restroom next to the living room. It's truly fantastic for a group to stay together under one roof, especially with the added convenience with the elevator. While the elevator needs a little getting used to, it's generally a huge plus. The host was incredibly helpful and provided detailed instructions, making for a smooth and enjoyable stay! There’re also a 24/24 convenience store near it house, only 1 mins walk. We stayed for 5 nights as a group of four, each with our own clean, comfy studio. The Japanese-inspired design was a refreshing change, especially the tatami-style touches. Three rooms had mini kitchens; Ebi didn’t, but had a water dispenser, which was super handy, and saved us from having to buy cartons of water. The garden at the back was a great gathering spot for us at night, though we wished it had more comfortable seating with backrests or moveable chairs from the rooms. We also encountered a minor hiccup with the ceiling fan in the common area not working, which could have been checked beforehand. Location was quiet and private. Communication with the host was prompt and helpful. Some downsides: Rooms lacked blackout curtains, especially Ebi, and all rooms could hear early morning tennis games—soundproofing would help. Also, facial tissues weren’t in rooms and were only available on request. Overall, it was a well-curated stay, we'd definitely recommend it!

This was our first time in Vietnam and we noticed Yen’s listing to be a rare find — we had to book. From check-in to check-out, Yen was responsive, flexible, friendly, and overall one of the best hosts I’ve encountered in my travels. Our stay was cozy! The home was comfortable and felt just like our own. Located on a peaceful street, it was surprisingly central and convenient. Highly recommend for anyone looking for tranquility close to city center. Will certainly return.

The accommodation was tidy and quiet, so I had a good rest during my stay.

We immediately felt at home here and were very satisfied. Communication was always quick and smooth. After check-out, we were also allowed to drop off our luggage. The possibility to wash your clothes was also super practical! We would recommend the property to anyone! The location is ideal for a few days in the city and is at the same time pleasantly quiet in the side street. Thanks for everything!!!

This was an awesome experience with Annie’s accomodation. She is very kind and responsive, the accomodation was perfect for my needs and very quiet room. The surroundings are a bit busy but that’s what I expected and wanted staying in central D1

LinDa apartment was awesome. Super clean, well furnished and interior design. You can well that this apartment was set up as home. Highly recommended. On top of that, the location (District 4) is great, since I just needed to cross the Bridge "Cau Mong" to get to District 1 and this just took me like 10 mins by walking. LinDa is super friendly and helpful as well. I will definitely come back.

We chose this place because it's the only Airbnb in Ho Chi Minh that offers free access to both the pool and gym. At most other Airbnbs, you have to pay for every use, but here, you can use the gym and pool anytime you want at no extra cost. The location is great, it's close to District 1 but situated in a quiet and less busy area. The host is very prompt and efficient, regularly checking in to see how our stay is going and asking if we need anything. We requested extra towels, and they delivered them right away after I messaged Hai Yen. I love the gym equipment, they have everything you need. The only thing missing is music to help motivate gym-goers while working out. The pool is also great, it's large and well-maintained. There's even a Family Mart downstairs, so if you get hungry, you can just head down and grab a snack or meal.

As always we love staying at Kim’s everything is perfect when we come there. Was a great stay again, thanks Kim.

Sophie’s apartment was excellent. Beautiful home and very comforting in a great location that was an easy walk to lots of places. Sophie was so nice, friendly and helpful, she really made our stay easy and enjoyable

Great location pretty central to all the districts and d1 just across the bridge. Was nice to come back to a quiet area. Host was kind enough to have a storage area for luggages after checking out.
