Beautiful Modern Style & Location

Stay close to the best spots in San Juan: Condado, Old San Juan and the Convention Center in Miramar. This new apartment is located in the peaceful neighborhood of Miramar and only ONE BLOCK AWAY FROM THE CONVENTION DISTRICT. This historic neighborhood offers quick access to bars, restaurants, movie theater and all the hot spots in Condado and the fortified city of Old San Juan, all for the best price around town. The room is equipped with a queen size bed, designer furniture, smart LED TV included , A/C, and modern KITCHEN with stainless steel appliances. A Gated parking space in the building is available for use at a low rate. If you’re not renting a car, the bus stop is conveniently located just a couple of steps from the building giving you the opportunity of moving anywhere around San Juan. Sorry, no pets allowed. Im usually available to meet personally with my guests. If my job doesn't allow me for any reason to be there at the time for check in, I will make all necessary arrangements for a smooth check in. IMPORTANT : Parking inside property will only be available upon request. It is important to let me know if you wish to use the space since special instructions are needed. Parking fee is $5 per day and will be added to the total of the reservation.

Location The apartment is located in Puerto Rico's political and cultural capital, San Juan. It's within walking distance of the best locations Old San Juan has to offer. Great bars and restaurants, hotels, casinos, San Critobal Castle, Paseo La Princesa , plazas and the cruise terminal are only steps away. In its sorroundings there are also farmacies, transportation services, a post office, stores for shopping,beaches and Cathedrals. The apartment is a 10 minutes drive to the Convention Center and 20 minutes to the international airport,. This luxurious unit is located in a modern high rise building in an up and coming area in the isle of Old San Juan just one mile from the old Spanish town and near Condado. The location is perfect to access the famous beach of El Escambron (just 1 block away!) very popular among surfers. It´s a newly reformed gem of a condo unit loft-like style with exposed concrete ceilings and beams with floor to ceiling north looking windows in a corner unit with ample sun light all through the day-time.
